Today was my first time having Tamitsu 😀. The aroma is faintly citrusy 😚The taste in the mouth is mellow, gentle and delicious 🥰The taste is moderate and easy to drink 😘Overall it seemed like a very beautiful sake 😊.

The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

At home. Hatsutanaka Rokuugo. A famous sake, but I didn't know much about it... Yamada-Nishiki, it's a tanaka in the middle of a rice field. I knew it for the first time. The aroma is fruity (Muscat type?). Good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness. It is a quintessential gem, suitable to be enjoyed in a relaxed and leisurely manner.

Junmai-shu, 65% polished rice, brewed by Mr. Tanaka in a sake brewery located in the rice paddies. Tanaka Rokuugo. I knew it was delicious from everyone's postings on Sake no Wa 😊. I thought it would be more of a gusto, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle rice flavor and a light texture♪ Kyushu has an image of shochu, but I was surprised at the high level of sake as well, including Tanaka Rokuugo, Koei Kiku, and Sundo 😆. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other sake I have in stock 😁.

Aged sake with a mellow aroma characteristic of aged sake, aged for 27 months in a low-temperature warehouse. It is more like a Junmai Aki-agari, a mellow umami-guchi. It is good as a food sake. Since it is brewed with rice Haenuki, it is not fruity...and the lingering bitterness in the aftertaste is also bothersome. Would it be good hot?

I was looking forward to drinking it.
