It is SANTOUKAI. It was sweet with a hint of rice flavor.
In the evening, my wife and I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for a year-end party. We had beef tataki, yellowtail kama, etc. and finished with okonomiyaki. We were told that it was because they had leftover cabbage. But it was delicious!
