Golden At Dai-irido Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content: 9%. Rice / Malted Rice used Rice (domestic) / Rice malted rice (domestic) Date of production 2025.03 Limited edition sake using 100% Aizan As pink as it looks, it is a sweet sake. According to the shopkeeper, it seems to have bubbles. However, there is no fizziness, probably because the bottle has been open for a long time. Almost like a juice!

It is sweet like a kijozo-shu, and the first sip is like a mirin (sweet sweet rice wine). It was not a good match for light food. but it went well with strong flavored nabe dishes. The amount of sake is small, so we finished it in no time!
