This Sake is amber color and has a full mouth feel. The flavor of dates gives this a sweet overall taste and the cedar provides sophistication. There is also some acidity that gives this a clean, dry finish. 🧐

For my sixteenth cup, I decided on "Bida"! I decided to have it because I missed my trip to Fukuoka last year👍. The taste is cloudy and thick, with a lot of rice flavor. The dryness also makes it easy to drink for a mukuri-shu, and it washes down the fat from the pork bowl I had earlier, making it just right for a reset ✨.

I first found and purchased it at JR Nagoya Takashimaya. I guess they started to carry Ibigawa, although Imi is not available. This sake has the umami of rice, but it is light and refreshing, and does not interfere with meals in a calm manner. It is delicious. 😋😋😋😋

At home. Osaka Kawachinagano Amano Sake, the first time I️ had this sake. This brewery is located on Koya Kaido, and the surrounding area has a nice atmosphere. It was my first time to visit there, but it must be a famous place. The taste was quite dry, and it was a taste for adults.

Rice used is unknown. According to the owner of the sake shop, the sake is aged for three years, but there is no strong sense of aging, and it is a dry junmai-shu with a good acidity. It is a dry junmai-shu with a lot of acidity. The sweetness that spreads fluently and the spicy astringency in the latter half are very unique. After a few days, it becomes more crisp and easy to drink. For my taste, I'd like to have more of a woody or smoky flavor. Either way, it's not a type that will appeal to everyone. The mainstay of this brewery is Yamahai brewing, so it will be interesting to see how peculiar it is.

It is said that the name "Hakkouda" comes from a Japanese poem, "Koma no sato (more horses than people)," which means "a clear spring is springing up in the village of Koma. I thought, "Isn't Hakkouda in Aomori City? But it seems that the western edge of Shichinohe Town, where the warehouse is located, is connected to Hakkouda. When I opened the bottle, I thought it was an adult lemonade. I thought it was adult lemonade, but the flavor was not sour. The 6th go-around house is Saba in Komasen from Shichinohe town in Aomori: 🐟️ I guess the only people who would recognize Sakuta or Shichiriki no Kura would be locals or Aomori otaku🤓 lol. President Morita was here. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you take a sip, it has a light sweetness and a moderate umami flavor, and it finishes with a refreshing crispness. It was the perfect sake for the pickled sesame mackerel that came with the entrée. It was delicious 🍶🐟️ They currently make 500 koku (they have 3,000 koku in their facilities) with 5 employees and 5 part-timers. When I told the president that I am a fan of Sakuta and Shichiriki, he laughed and said, "It was worth coming here today.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. It's still dry and refreshing ❗It's the kind of sake that will flow well with very fatty meats 😋.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.
