It's been a while since I bought sake at the Aomori Iwate Antenna Shop. It says it's nigori sake, but it's not cloudy at all😅. It's very clear and quite crisp. I got the impression that it's a pretty dry sake, but there's also a little sweetness. I can see a little bit of off-flavor...

It was introduced as having an aftertaste like garland chrysanthemum. I don't know about "garland chrysanthemum," but it is an easy-to-drink nigori sake. The bottle is cute.

As the name suggests, it is recommended for tuna dishes, so we paired it with tuna negima nabe. It is a rich, sweet-umami type of wine that is delicious on its own. Of course, it also goes well with tuna dishes 👌👌.

A gift from my brother at home the other day. It was chilly, so I paired it with pork shabu-shabu. It was a little high at 17%, so I tasted it slowly at first and then served it on the rocks in the latter half of the bottle. I enjoyed the mildness of the wine.

This is another sake that was mentioned in this month's special issue of dancyu on sake that tastes good at "room temperature". Niigata Prefecture has many breweries, and there are still a few that I have yet to try. There are many breweries in Niigata that I have yet to try. I'd like to try it at room temperature or lukewarm.

The light blue color with goldfish, fireworks, sunflowers, and wind chimes is cool, and the fluent white font further expresses the sense of sake. I imagined it would have a greenish smell because of the name "Numazu, Shizuoka," but it was crisp or smooth? But it was crisp or smooth? I was expecting it to have a greenish taste, but it was crisp and smooth.

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! I don't know what the original flavor was, but it has a nice aged feel. ❣️

It's been a while since I've had sake. I don't often have a chance to drink Ehime sake, but I remembered this bottle that my aunt gave me and opened the bottle. It is a light cloudy, shwashy sake. It is sweet and slightly bitter. Delicious. I can only thank my aunt for this.

At home. Osaka Kawachinagano Amano Sake, the first time I️ had this sake. This brewery is located on Koya Kaido, and the surrounding area has a nice atmosphere. It was my first time to visit there, but it must be a famous place. The taste was quite dry, and it was a taste for adults.

Tonight, I'm dropping my second bottle of the first series as well🤗. This is Yaemon from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery out of Kitakata, Fukushima ✨. The nose is clean, fruity and citrusy. The first sip has a clean, fruity, citrusy aroma with a hint of green banana sweetness and a dry, crisp finish. It is perfectly suited for a mealtime sake. The rice is undisclosed, but I imagine it to be Gohyakumangoku or Yumenokou, and I like the taste.

[Mutsubu Nigori Sake This is the first bottle I bought at the Fukushima Museum in Nihonbashi. I'm not sure what to make of it. The aroma is like strawberry 🍓. This is the first time I've ever had this kind of beer. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I think it's a good thing. I don't think it would go well with sashimi... It's a good marriage with rich, sweet and spicy chicken liver 😋I'm sure it would go well with pumpkin stew as well.

The ones that are not on the menu. There is a Chiyoda Kura and a Yukihikoyama, both unopened. I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. The impression is that it is quite sharp and clean.

The aroma is modest for a daiginjo❗️. It has a clean taste, but It has a unique sweetness and aroma 😅 I wonder if it tastes like fukunohana❓ I guess it's good to drink as a food sake. It's a raw sake so I'd like to let it sit for a while and see how it tastes. I'm hoping for a change in taste❗️😊.

At the tasting. It was sweet like a rich ripe fruit. It was good, but the one that was for sale seemed to have different specifications (I think it was a direct brew of special junmai?). No purchase.

I'm here today for my department's farewell party! We had a beer, 2 mega highballs, and 4 bottles of warm water, and when they were all nicely tinted, we threw in some sake 🍶. I drank it hot, and it had a nice, mild taste of rice with a smooth texture and a nice smooth taste down my throat! It is not too assertive, but in a good way, it is not like a hot sake, and it also promotes the sake and the meal 👍. I'm having so much fun I can't even think about writing a note about how I feel about it!

January 2, 2024 Banquet at home. Drinking sake with my sister who is back home. The fourth and last sake of the day is The fourth and last sake of the day was Asahi Wakamatsu Junmai Sake sake. It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. It has a unique aroma like old pickles with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and rich, with a very mellow flavor. It can be served cold or at room temperature. It is best to drink it cold or at room temperature by itself. When heated, it has a softer flavor and is even more delicious. It tastes even better when heated. I like it best when it is warmed up. I like it best when it is warmed up and cooled down. It has an elegant sweetness that makes you think you can drink it indefinitely. It has a refined sweetness that makes you think you can drink it indefinitely. The taste remains almost the same 5 days after opening the bottle. The taste remains almost the same even after 5 days. The most recent one is from Sasaki Shuzo (Ehime). This is the most impressive taste since Yaegiku from Sasaki Shuzo (Ehime, Japan). The first day was a day of drinking. On the first day, it was served with jakoten (fish cake) and unagi kabayaki (broiled eel) from Yawatahama and broiled eel on the first day, and grilled sea bream on the fifth day. I enjoyed it with grilled sea bream kama on the fifth day. This sake is a must have for sure. I will definitely get this sake again.........

Whether you drink it cold or warmed, the sweetness of the rice flavor doesn't overpower the alcohol, and it has a great aftertaste. This is good. But it's only 20 degrees, so go easy on yourself.
