ᐠ( ᐢᐢ )ᐟ🍶🍶🍶+ For my second cup today, I tried for the first time Kuze Shuzo, the brewery closest to my parents' house 😀. The rice🌾 flavor is a gutsy type of sake 😆👍✨I guess the golden color of the sake is packed with flavor 🥳good sake to gobble up 😆👍✨.

( *´*If you want to 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Drink and cheer 📣✊. Noto Peninsula Earthquake We got a bottle of Chose Mai from Kuze Sake Brewery, the closest brewery to my parents' house 😋The only things that broke in the earthquake were soy sauce and shochu, not a single bottle of sake 😳This sake looks like a good omen for Kuze Sake Brewery that never breaks ✨. It is a sake made with unique rice (long-lived rice) and soft water 🍶´- opened at room temperature💭The aroma is mild😊The flavor is slightly matured, but it is light, mellow and delicious 😚Killer and easy to drink 😘It felt like a royal sake of sake with a good flavor 😀 It is limited to 5,000 bottles, so is it a valuable sake? Is it or is it a delicious sake 🥳✨?

Lingering
Overall 5 (out of 10) I bought it from Older Brewery😃. I can feel the alcohol taste along with the spiciness, probably due to the high alcohol content. The alcohol taste goes away and the spiciness and astringency remain. It has a classic image. I enjoyed it chilled. I was impressed by the aroma of the wine. -Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and some ginjo aroma -Aroma: Astringency and spiciness on the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 3 at the beginning 3→ Lingering 3 -Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

This is a gifted Junmai Ginjo, a sake from Nagano. It's fruity but not sweet in the mouth, and it has a crisp and well-balanced bitterness... This quality goes well with "X" cuisine, not just raw sake.

I found this sake in Saku, Nagano. It was only 200ml, but I bought it immediately because it had the matured color I like. The taste is as you would expect, but the sweetness is a perfect match. I thought this could definitely go well warmed up, and it is still delicious! The flavor and sweetness seemed to increase dramatically by warming it up. The rich flavor was like licking honey.

@Osawa of Sake Rice used is unknown Not fruity at all. It is not light and dry, and has aged well. The taste is a mellow type with a strong umami. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing for a Daiginjo. It is what is called "the sake of sake.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).

This is also a Sota's Hump Society exclusive🍶. Nice to meet you also Kita no Hana. The aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a rich, dark, sweet flavor that is typical of nama sake, and then it finishes with a slight astringent taste. The richness and astringency of Yamadanishiki was delicious✨.

First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. The fact that you can normally drink Jyushiyo at home is based on the mutual trust between the seller and the buyer. Kita no Hana, the label is very attractive. I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle. The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity. The acidity and bitterness are both moderate, and it has a mysterious sharpness that just flutters and closes. It is really a round, gentle and mysterious sake, and this must be one of its balances. Thank you very much for the sake!

Sake selected by sneaking into a cheap self-serve all-you-can-drink restaurant. Drink at room temperature. It tastes like classic sake. The acidity is strong and clear. It tastes like yogurt. It has a strong rice flavor and is sweet. It is rich and delicious. All-you-can-drink 450 yen/30 minutes The entrée is a little expensive for a low price, but it comes out well. The glasses are clean. The draft beer is consistently good. I would like to go back and try the inexpensive sake series next time. Ueno Kaisho No. 1

The third group of the Sake Rice and Yeast Association is Gintome and Yuko's Idea from Iwate Prefecture. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways. To be continued.

The lid opens quickly. Lactic acidity, savory smell of rice. Apple, umami, refreshing acidity, not too forward sweetness, plum-like acidity swells. Delicious on its own. I am a fan of baby star with hot water, but this time I left it as it is. The taste of the baby star matches the deliciousness of the sake, and the sake envelops it nicely. The combined aftertaste is irresistible. It is so good that I would buy it if I tasted it.

It seems to be a drink that is drunk six months after the first visit to the summer and in conjunction with the seventh day of the seventh month of the year. The smell is a little sweet and oily. The mouthfeel is refreshing. After enjoying the refreshing taste, there is a lingering sourness. It is delicious. When served with a meal, it changes to a watery taste, but the alcohol and flavors make a statement. It has been exorcised and is now safe.

Origuchi Sake-ten suddenly started taking reservations for Wakabisu, so I went to make a reservation last week and received it today. The rice is Kami no Ho. I didn't feel any gas, but there were lots of bubbles in the glass. I was told it was a food type wine, but it was more fruity and pineapple-like than I expected. It's not flashy, but it's delicious with a moderate sweetness and flavor. Wakabisu sake brewery is close to Aoyama-cho station, so you can go there by train 🤔.

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.
