Hankyu Oasis in the basement of Hankyu Sannomiya Station has a full lineup of Japanese sake, including draft sake, 300ml and cup sake. Surprisingly, it is easy to drink. A friend of mine introduced me to this❣️. Mmmmmm, fruity flavor and sweetness😻 It's like a sweet white wine 🎵. But the aroma and flavor of koji comes after 😻😻 It's sake after all 🎵 This is fun 😋. It's low alcohol (8%) so it's easy to drink 👍. But I looked it up on the internet and it's a raw sake 😳. So they can make low alcohol sake 💦.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

I was curious about it in an obfuscation kind of way, so I bought a trial. It's been sitting in my cellar for over a year for some reason, but let's see how it tastes 👀. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was moist and had a peachy aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, just like the name "Sarari". Hakata Hyakunenkura Shiboritate Junmai-shu Namaishu 17% 70%. Purchased at a brewery in Hakata. It was a beautiful facility with a lot of attention to detail for tourism. Many foreigners visit the brewery. This Shiboritate Junmai sake has a strong raw sake flavor. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel lactic acidity, astringency like grape skin, and spiciness in that order. The body is strong and very drinkable. It has a strong body and is very satisfying to drink. The sake brewery was more solid than I expected. If I visit Fukuoka again, I will stop by. Rating 4.0 (out of 5.0) 20231119
