Tonight...we open a bottle of the newest sake from a local distributor, Cosma Sake 🍶.
I opened a bottle of Sakurafukiyuki new sake 😁.
I checked and we drank it last year at exactly the same time lol.
I don't usually buy alcoholic sake... but this Sakurafukiyuki has a great balance between cheap and tasty 😅.
It's local so it's also about local production for local consumption✨
When you open the bottle, the aroma is slightly reminiscent of pear 🍐 and apple 🍎.
The sip from the first sip... The juiciness of the raw sake ❗️ is quite moderate, but it's good🙆🙆It has enough nuance that it doesn't interfere.
The sweetness and umami that comes next is exquisite, and the sharpness is refreshing ✨.
It's positioned as a sake that I always want to stock up on for everyday drinking. ❗️ (unfortunately, it's only available seasonally)
I drink it every year...720ml is about 1,300 yen, so this is a very high-cost 💴 for a drinker...‼️
But I wonder if it's only for local people😅.
I don't think you can find it at liquor stores other than the direct sales shops except for the locals...
