Masterpiece is a sake with the theme of technical study and a retrospective and return to classic ginjo, I tasted it at last year's sake brewery tour and enjoyed it so much that I left without buying it, which I regretted a lot 💧. This year, I was determined to bring it back! This year, I decided to bring it back! Masterpiece has A (Yamadanishiki) and Un (Watabune), and I decided to bring back A this time. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink.
