I've been making my way to restaurants with good service lately. Today they served me a fresh aged sake. Today is February 6. This is my first Kinkame. My first impression was that it was very good! Next, it has a strong umakuchi taste. The acidity at the end is good, just like Yamadataro. It is like a light kijoshu, and it is delicious. Shiga is nice.

The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. Kyushu (2) Yesterday, I was driven from my eldest son's wife's parents' house in Saga to Hakata where we are staying at a hotel. My eldest son is staying at his wife's house, so he left and my second son joined him instead. It is named after the head brewer of the Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kouzenjosui. The color is clear and colorless. The aroma is full of fruity melon! Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake.
