How is that possible? I thought so, but this Sanada Rokubun Sen was very tasty.
The sake scene in Nagano Prefecture is hot these days.
It is rich and full of flavor, but has a wonderful sharpness at the end.
This is a good sake.
It has a firm sake flavor.
The heavy umami and exquisite bitter acidity bring depth of flavor and a lingering aftertaste that retains a sense of rice.

I've never had a Yamazan before, but I started with this one 🤣.
I imagined it would be a more subdued style from the rather classical label, but it is quite different, being unfiltered, it has a strong freshness and a slightly dry and tangy taste, which I enjoyed as a food sake 🤤.

This is other brand of Yamasan Brewery, and is limited bottle during the autumn.
I successfully got this and tried to taste it.
I found it surprised with rich aroma and fruity taste like apple and banana.

We found this bottle at Miyajima-san last month and bought it.
The bottle was opened lightly. It is slightly fizzy and slightly cloudy.
I am going to Ueda and Chikuma tomorrow and would like to buy some if they still have it.

I went from Ueda to Chikuma on Sunday but couldn't find it 😭I don't think I saw Yamasan in the first place. I guess we will have to wait for the new sake 😣.
