Sake made with beer yeast from Kijoshu brewing. I drank it towards the end so I don't remember much of the taste 😭 I think it was lighter and tastier than I expected, not too beer-like!

The sharpness is typical of a light dry sake! It's not sweet, so it wasn't my favorite, but I thought it would be a great sake to pair with any dish!

The bottle was freshly opened and ready to drink! Fresh flavor with a hint of ogara. I thought Dewazakura might be a little bitter. I thought I might not like Dewazakura a bit, but I didn't find it that way at all! I'm glad I could drink it!
