Refreshing! Spicy keema curry and this sharpness is a nice match! The slightly sour taste and the gorgeous aroma on the aftertaste is delicious! I think the sweetness will spread a little more when the temperature rises! I didn't have an image of Gassan as being fruity, but it was interesting!

We had it in a hands-on drinking comparison with Hakuginkai. This year's Ginhai is sweet...? Last year, I liked Hakuginkai better by far because it was sweeter, but it is delicious with a clear, gorgeous aroma and a soft taste in the mouth! There is also a slight bitter taste, but I think I like Ginhai better this year...! It's interesting how the taste of the same sake can change depending on the year and timing of drinking! Suki!
