Hakkeikubiki is a series of the eight blessings of Kakizaki: sun, water, earth, sky, wind, trees, snow, and people. This is wind. Come to think of it, it was windy in Kakizaki. This is the second bottle from the Sake Rice Study Group. The sake rice is locally grown Koshitanrei. The aroma is light, but has the gorgeous flavor of a daiginjo. The taste is very broad.
