I enjoyed the cool sour taste. The aroma is a refreshing "rice"🌾 At first sip, it has more punch than I expected but it is pleasant. The aftertaste is refreshing and the sharpness is delicious✨. The light nigori also makes you feel cooler It makes me feel more cool Tomoka Imamura, the female toji of Wakaha Shuzo tweeted that she paired it with cheese. I also paired it with Kili's cream cheese. I can't wait to try it out! I also want to drink Wakanami TYPE-FY2 I want to drink it.

I bought this Akatombo at Kado-Yasan in October. I kept it in a safe place, but I opened a bottle today. It's really good! It's sweet all the time while rolling it around in your mouth, but when you finish it, the sourness stands out and you can feel some bitterness at the end. It's a taste I like.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆. It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru. It has a mineral aroma 😳. Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿. The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥. Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose. It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄. It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗. How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩. I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣. Nice Masamune👍

Extra Party with Mr. Gura After the first party was over and the commemorative photo had been taken, we had a chance to drink the sake that Yum- san got at Hasegawa Sake Shop when he went to Edo (Tokyo). Off-line meeting of Kansai Sakewa In front of the restaurant, right after the meeting with Mr. ☆Gra After the group photo was taken, we were talking in front of the store, and Uma Uma Uma-san served us some Tokyo souvenirs 😆. Tokyo Station Sake Brewery Peach Doburoku! A very rich peach with a smooth taste. The peach flavor is so strong that it doesn't feel like doburoku at all 🤣. It was very tasty 🙏.
