With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.

Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶.
