Crystal silverno color. Melon, banana and fresh powder, yogurt and whey, lime. The ginjo aroma is isoamyl acetate-dominant. There is a hint of sweetness, but it is dry, the acidity is smooth, and there is a full-bodied bitterness through the aftertaste. I don't know if it has that much character.

Suehiro Shuzo's Genzai. They also won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition for their Genzai daiginjo, but this is not that award-winning sake, but an affordable special junmai. It starts off with a piquant and refreshing sweet and sour taste! The taste is powerful with a strong sense of presence, but the alcohol content of 15 degrees makes it easy to drink and enjoy 👌. We are looking forward to adding this sake to our lineup next year and beyond 😊.

Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up. I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake. As for the sake, the aroma is like apples. When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅. The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it. It is easy to drink. The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.

Genzai extra high 100% Fukunoka produced in Aizu Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree -4 to -6 　Acidity 1.4-1.6 (reference) Fat: 8/27, opened 9/18 Recently, there have been a lot of postings at Sakegawa, Genzai. I was curious about it, so when I saw it at Hasegawa Sake Shop, I unconsciously reached for it 🤣. After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but you can also enjoy a grain-like aroma like rice 🤩. In the mouth, it has a fresh fruitiness that reminds me of muskmelon with a slight fizziness 🍈 and a smooth mouthfeel. The acidity, which is not showy, leads the taste beautifully! The lingering citrus bitterness and a hint of spiciness finish off the palate. I had an image that Suehiro Sake Brewery made hard-core sake, but they also brew this kind of sake 😍. Delicious! Finally finished posting August's sake 😅. I'm running out of stock in the fridge so I might have to make a long trip to buy some 🚙.

It has the smell of mambo candy, which is a candy made of colored vinyl and filled with a candy like ramune, pears, and rice. It starts with the fruity sourness of pear and rice, followed by a pungent spiciness and then a full-bodied, delicious sweetness. The caramelized taste comes in like it has been aged, and the sweetness, which is not as sweet as sugar, and the light bitterness extend. If you continue to drink it, it will taste sweet in the mouth, but if you pour some cold sake back into the mouth, you can drink it without hesitation. As you continue to drink it, your tongue gets used to it and the caramel taste is a nice accent, making it a delicious drink. It is delicious. Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍

The lid opens quickly. Lactic acidity, savory smell of rice. Apple, umami, refreshing acidity, not too forward sweetness, plum-like acidity swells. Delicious on its own. I am a fan of baby star with hot water, but this time I left it as it is. The taste of the baby star matches the deliciousness of the sake, and the sake envelops it nicely. The combined aftertaste is irresistible. It is so good that I would buy it if I tasted it.

Origuchi Sake-ten suddenly started taking reservations for Wakabisu, so I went to make a reservation last week and received it today. The rice is Kami no Ho. I didn't feel any gas, but there were lots of bubbles in the glass. I was told it was a food type wine, but it was more fruity and pineapple-like than I expected. It's not flashy, but it's delicious with a moderate sweetness and flavor. Wakabisu sake brewery is close to Aoyama-cho station, so you can go there by train 🤔.
