［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (9) The event was coming to an end with a series of sake from Ishikawa. We decided to try something a little different and had a drink here 🍶. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁. The aroma of rice flavor, the gentle texture on the tongue, the impact of the flavor at the back of the throat, the warm aftertaste of heated sake, and the bitter taste at the back of the throat at the end........ It is a "man of the sea" respecting fishermen who work at sea, and I feel that it is strongly made to go well with local fatty seafood and salty preserved food 😋. The entrée sold out unexpectedly quickly, so I emptied it before I could check its true value💦.

Summer drinking is still in full swing! This time I got to try Manzaku no Hana no Snowman😋. The label is comforting⛄️and the contents are refreshing, sweet and crisp, different from the Umakara Manzaku I drank before😆. I had a hard time deciding between it and the other one at the store, but I'm glad I bought it👍. I gulped it down💦.

The fifth sake was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Gin The fifth cup was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginzoku Gekidaku. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and It is a limited-edition shipment of a well-balanced blend of Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa-Tsanbai junmai ginjo. It is a blend of Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa Tsannin Junmai Ginjo in good balance. It is very thick, but has a nice sharpness. It is a dry sake that is thick, but has a nice sharpness and is very refreshing to drink. It is a dry sake that can be drunk very refreshingly. OSAKA SAKE&FOOD EXPO 2024⑳ Lastly, we went to the Komatsuya booth again. Nechi from Nechiozan, which is not seen very often. There were many different rice varieties, but we chose the Koshitanrei 1st class rice 2020. Nechi is only available at authorized dealers.
