The liquor store we visited for the first time was celebrating its first anniversary, and we received a gift🎁. Sweet sake made with Okayama Hakuto yeast. Sake level is about minus 50 😳. The alcohol content is low, so I had it as an aperitif. The sweetness is a bit sticky, so it might go well with vinegared food 🧐.

The entrance has a sweet and sour aroma, like juice, reminiscent of rumne or lychee. There is also a sweet aroma of rice malt. In the mouth, a thick, dry acidity passes across the tongue faster than expected, while the sweet flavor of the rice with a sense of volume is in the middle of the tongue. The finish is dry and crisp. The thick dry acidity is there from the beginning, but in a good sense, it does not suppress the umami in the middle. I think the greatest feature of this wine is its overall volume while maintaining the sweetness of the origami.

It is the only brand of Arisawa's sake that is sold as unfiltered, unpasteurized sake all year round. The aroma is refreshing. There are also hints of rum and muscat. The mouthfeel is fresh and lush. It has a light, clear and transparent mouthfeel with a smart juiciness. Along with a refreshing acidity, the wine has lychee and muscat-like fruitiness, just like the aroma. Rich yet light, it tastes like a refreshing cider. It is comfortable to drink, and you will never get tired of drinking it. It is an excellent cost-performance sake.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

♪♪♪♪♪ This is actually the first sake I've ever seen. It was one of the bottles that I was torn between at the liquor store and Koei Kiku (for budget reasons)! I chose the Miharu Gomangoku... ← Normally you would choose the Koei-Kiku, right? Great answer! This is so delicious! Fruity mouthfeel but refreshing at the end! Ahhh! Delicious! It's a winner! It's a wonder that not many people know about it. It's so delicious! ←I haven't been this impressed since Goho! By the way, the rice used for sake is "Gohyakumangoku". This is something I will repeat! Or rather, I want to repeat it!

It has a light texture and goes in easily without much habit. It is like water, and I think it is a little unsatisfying. On my way back from a trip to Tanba in October, I stopped by the brewery in Sasayama. I was able to buy a Junmai Daiginjo for a little less than ¥2,600 because they were offering a ¥-300 discount on all purchases at the kuramoto ✨. The blue bottle with sparkling 🌙 on the label gives it a luxurious feel and makes you feel like you're drinking something expensive. Personally, I prefer the Tokujun, which has a more robust rice flavor 💡. 720 mL ¥ 2,300

This is the first time I have tasted this brand. The sweet aroma and flavor are supported by a moderate acidity and astringency. 17° concentration makes for a strong drinking experience. The aftertaste is gentle and lingers for a long time. Since this sake is so assertive on its own, it would be good to have something to snack on, such as salted rice kelp.

The atmosphere of the label makes you think it is a dry food sake, but it is sweet and fruity. Not a sticky sweetness, but a glossy sweetness with a clean aftertaste. It is delicious. 4.0

Black Chosan" from local "Chosamori" company. Junmai Daiginjo with 50% polished Kame-no-o. This is another sake that is smooth with a glossy taste and comes with both wild vegetables and meat dishes. I wondered how I would feel about the next sake, since my first glass was of Kuroryu Ishidaya, but both Sanbana's Mashiko and Chojamori's Black Chosan were good sake, and I was glad that my fears were unfounded.

🍶 Nagano. I got a PC to use on a business trip, so I was working on Sunday (company animal). I brought it to Nagano anyway because it might recover from a blue screen🟦. I wanted to talk about how I brought it in the heavy rain and Sunday's mess, but I had a lot of time for meetings on Monday. I was so tired on this business trip that I didn't have the energy to explore new places, so I went to a standing bar that I went to last time. Yeah, I'm fine with standing if I can drink 😆. From Daishinshu, which I was curious about last time I was here. Very, very, very tasty. Almost chugged it down😅. I'm happy to drink Kame no Umi again 😃. Beyond the first two, the most delicious sake of the day was "Seki". It is a sake from Meikyojosui sake brewery and is almost impossible to find. The store here also took a year and a half to get it after they found out about it. it's made in 2019 and aged, but the taste is more subdued than aged (I'm not sure about the vocabulary, but they said the lightness of Jun Dai is grounded, to bring out the best of Kinmon Nishiki) and the rice has a great flavor, not sweet or sour, but just... Delicious! It's just delicious! I had to have another one 😋.
