WOMHearing that Kanazawa is in the midst of a tourist slump, the wife and I went to Kanazawa Oden, and I had mixed feelings about being able to easily get into a restaurant that usually has a long line. A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa!
Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it.
The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.
