The second bottle was the remainder of the Tozawa Hitogokochi from the previous Shinshu Kamerei. The third bottle is here ‼️again Nagano sake 😋. I️️️tsukiyoshi no ‼️. The toji is a woman! Nagano sake is delicious 😋. I thought it was sweet, but it seems pretty dry 😋I think it's a great sake for a meal 👍Drinking it chilled is a great way to get a kick out of it👍. I heard one of the hyenas was today's No. 1 😆.

I slipped into a restaurant called Kanda Ogawamachi, Ojika-cho, Goto Islands, Nagasaki Prefecture, for my second cup. Since we had limited time, we went for the Junmai Ginjo. The first one was refreshing. The first one was refreshing, whereas this one was gorgeous. In any case, it has no peculiarities and goes perfectly with the seafood of the Goto Islands. Anyway, the sashimi and mackerel stick sushi from Hiramasa were delicious.

Sake brought back from our trip to Niigata Sake recommended by the lady who was selling it. Very gassy 💨 Sake with a strong moromi Dry and crisp 💪. It's a nigori sake, but you can drink it with gusto as a food sake 🎵.

Hatsuzakura Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake This is not "Hatsuzakura" from Yasui Shuzo Brewery in Shiga Prefecture, nor "Noto Hatsuzakura" from Sakurada Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture, but "Hatsuzakura" from Hatsuzakura Shuzo in Wakayama Prefecture. It is served cold. The color is clear and the yellow color is clearly visible. The top-tasting aroma is slightly caramelized first, followed by alcohol aroma. The mouthfeel is voluminous with a juicy acidity. The nose is filled with aromas of dried fruits and ripe fruits. The mouth is filled with a nutty flavor and a hint of sweetness, followed by a slightly strong acidity. After swallowing, a bitter taste remains on the tongue, followed by a slightly pungent aftertaste. It has a slightly classical flavor, but it has the volume of a draft sake and is very drinkable. On the second day after opening the bottle, the nuttiness subsides a bit, the acidity settles down, and a brown sugar-like richness emerges, making it extremely delicious. The sake I chose when I returned home for Obon was Gold Junmai Daiginjo by Popular Sake Brewery. This sake brewery is very particular about the traditional method of making sake, and everything is made in wooden vats. It is a junmai daiginjo that is polished to 50%, so there is no cloying taste at all ✨It starts with an elegant sweetness and rice flavor, with the aroma of the wooden vat and a slight bitterness at the end. Delicious 😊.

Another Ishioka sake after Shiraga ❤️. This brewery is famous for Watafune and Taiheikai, but the main local sake is Fuchu Homare👍. By the way, yesterday's group consisted of 1 person in his 30s, 1 person in his 40s, 5 people in their 50s, and 2 people in their 60s, so it was fun to drink sake without worrying 😍! We drank 6 gos of Shiroshika, followed by a whole 4 gos bottle of this 😆. Fruity aroma of white grapes 😆. The taste goes down your throat with a grape-like sweetness and a white wine-like acidity. It's almost a white wine compared to the Shiraga we just had ❤️. The richness of the wine is so strong that I could enjoy it with menchikatsu ❤️.
