I tasted it at the Kobe Hankyu event with Nemuchi-san and pyonpyon-san, and was most impressed with Sakura Masamune. At room temperature. The aroma is classic. The aroma is classic and the mouthfeel is soft and gentle. I guess it is very refreshing when chilled. It is a sake to drink while eating. Not in a negative way, but the top aroma and taste is like that of an alcoholic honjozo or regular sake. I thought it was a bit sweeter when I tasted it 🤔. I thought I could buy it anywhere, but surprisingly, I couldn't find any bottles of it at ●Maya, and only department stores carry 4-gou 💦. When I drank it again, it had a soft sweetness.

Souvenirs from a business trip to Kobe First Sakura Masamune I bought it at the supermarket, so I opened the bottle without any expectations. It is very spicy. No sweetness anywhere😅. It comes in the order of hot, bitter and spicy😅. This was the one that didn't work for me as it was spicy even when the temperature was turned up 🤣.

🌸 Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 13%. I wanted to drink some more, so I had a glass of Sakura Masamune, which was given to me by Mr. Umaime at the Nagoya camp of the Mahjong Club in the summer. It is made with Ichiai yeast, the yeast from which Sakura Masamune originated. It is very acidic, bitter, and has a very harsh taste. It's like waking up and feeling crisp. This has an alcohol content of 13 degrees. It is interesting how different yeasts can make such a difference in flavor. Thank you very much 💠. I want to drink something sweet when I drink bitter, but today I've already had my oshimai.

Purchased at Sakura Masamune Kurabiraki. When the bottle is opened, it has a nice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the crispness of the mouthfeel. The spiciness comes later. If you drink it as it is, it is quite spicy. The spiciness does not bother me if I drink it with a meal. We had it with yellowtail shabu-shabu, and it was delicious.
