HYOGO SAKE EXPO 20239
I heard that Nemuchi-san went around once, but I was curious to see the autumnal height...
We tasted the following
Akikagari Junmai Genmai
Yakijiki Nama Ippon
Miyamizuhana Special Junmai
Junmai Ginjo Kayajunokai Namaisho
Junmai Daiginjo 40
Junmai Daiginjo with No.1 yeast was drunk at home, so I did not taste it.
I was not particularly impressed with Akiagari and Miyamizu no Hana...
Nemuchi-san's recommended yaki-rare was unexpectedly delicious.
The Kinreki was unquestionably delicious.
I think I will buy Yakiniku at Yamaya next time.
Sakura Masamune
Sakura Masamune Junmai Genshu Aki-agari
This brewery is located in Higashinada-ku, Kobe.
The rice is polished to 65% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
It has a soft and elegant aroma and a gentle rice flavor,
A soft and elegant aroma, gentle rice flavor, and a clean and crisp aftertaste.
#Sake
Hyogo Prefecture
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 17%.
The aroma has a sense of alcohol.
As is typical of the original sake, the tongue also feels the sweetness of the alcohol.
It is easy to drink, but has a surprisingly spicy aftertaste.
Seasonal Sake Attack
I liked this one a lot!
You can taste the deliciousness of the rice, but it's so refreshing!
And I love the label!
It's both austere and cute at the same time.
I received this from you!
Thank you so much yum yum ✨
The weather was forecasted to be very stormy on Sunday afternoon, so I came home early from my outing and ended up having some free time and had a lunchtime drink 🤣.
Solid ginjo aroma✨.
Nice and crisp with a good umami 👍
It goes well with canned mussels steamed in white wine.
It was a perfect match 😋.
I heard that there were some fierce drinkers who finished it in 2 minutes, but I savored it 😊.
This sake was given to me as a souvenir. I don't know what it is, but it is said to be made with No. 1 yeast. I thought it was dry with little rice flavor.
A gift from Mr. Yum Yum Yum ✨
It's a good, reasonable size so bring it camping 🏕️
It's a very authentic sake with no pretentiousness.
It is such a taste.
Thank you so much, Umaumaii 😊.
The third one was double 🌈 beautiful✨
There was a Laughing Four Seasons Brewery near the campground.
I stopped by with no appointment, but the tour was 🆖,
The timing of the tour was 🆖 and they didn't have any sake for sale directly 😢.
If you are planning to visit, you must check before you go ✨.
Choroki-san, Omi e maido🍶!
Laughing Shiki-san, is this a sake brewery? It's like a sake brewery 🍶.
I recommend Tokuchi Sake Shop and Konyan Store to get it 🍶.
Mr. Manachy
Good evening 🌝.
That's right. You are right 🤣it was too hot 🤣.
But it was nice in the morning and evening.
Once the sun came out, I was out 🤣.
Thanks for your time, Choroki 👋
I know it's a residential area, so it's a 2 or 3 lap course 💧.
But there is a campground not far from the residential area? I'm surprised to find such a campsite so close to the residential area. I'm surprised to see it ㌽😇☝.
Choroki-san, it's been a while 😄Thanks for your post on Sakura Masamune in Nagoya ❗️ 👍It's pocket size and perfect for camp sake 🤣I wish you had stopped by Osaka if you were coming all the way to Shiga 🎵.
takeshon said it was empty in 2 minutes, but I opened it on Sunday and still have half of it left😅.
I had to drink it because it's the brewery that originated the No.1 yeast.
It has a slight sweetness and a unique flavor. It has a slight sourness to it. It's not like a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's light and easy to drink.
Good evening, bouken-san. ⭐︎
I had heard that Sakura Masamune was the #1 yeast, but I didn't know that they still serve something using it💧.
After reading your review, I was wondering if there was any point in making it a Junmai Daiginjo💦.
Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃.
The official list shows that there are also honjozo and junmai sake 😅.
I wonder if the reason why it doesn't look like Daigin is to differentiate the taste since there are variations of Daiginjos?
You can buy it in 1 gou bottles at Yamaya, so please try it lol
Sake made with red rice. Purchased at the brewery.
It is easy to drink with low alcohol content, but the base flavor is pretty classic, light and dry. It is light and easy to drink, so it is not suitable for drinking on the rocks or with soda.
🌾Weighing: Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture 🅰️13 degrees
Purchased at Yamadanishiki no Sato. It is sold at a low price with a low alcohol content and is basically light but also has a subtle umami flavor.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
After leaving Kikumasamune, the rain cloud radar shows a linear precipitation zone 🙀.
I didn't have an umbrella and it looked like I wouldn't make it to the station in time, so I ran into Sakura Masamune 😁.
Now I think I should have gone to Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Kobo next door 😅I like Hamafukutsuru better.
I like Hamafukutsuru. I had this one.
It was like a summer sake.
It was a refreshingly light and dry type.
I bought a small bottle and went home because it would have been bad to go home after just taking shelter from the rain and tasting.
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture
Alcohol content: 15% or more but less than 16%.
Polishing ratio 70%.
Association #1 yeast = Sakura Masamune yeast is used.
Sakura Masamune Junmai Daiginjo made with Association #1 yeast
Gorgeous aroma and refreshing acidity. Light and pleasant to drink. It is crisp and refreshing. Delicious.
In summer, low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content of about 13 is just right.
