Opened November 25, 2024 Purchased at Matsuzawa Sake Shop, Nerima Very refreshing ^ ^. It is quite spicy and smoothly disappears down the back of the throat like silk. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but because of its refreshing taste, it can be used as a food sake as well. ❗️ It's also a good cosmetic sake at around 1700 yen 👍.

The other day I visited Nada Gogo, a place I had always wanted to visit. Unlike the small breweries I usually go to, the factory, the complex, it was amazing 🫨. I bought a bottle of this sake from a brewery with a single yeast. It is an old yeast sake, so you would expect it to be more of a classic Mororo sake, but it is a Daiginjo made by Yamada, so it is a very light and easy to drink sake. 😋😋😋😋
