Junmai-shu by Sakura Masamune of Nada, the originator of Masamune.
This bottle has a cute cherry blossom label, but as retro as it looks, it tastes a bit classic. It was better chilled. After a little while after opening the bottle, the taste calmed down and it became a soothing taste at room temperature.
I heard that it is suitable for warming up, so I will try it next time.
