Yamagata Sanko This sake is made from Yamagata Prefecture's best sake rice of the year, "Yuki-No-Majin", by the brewery with the best production of the year. (Taken directly from the Sake Museum menu.) It was indeed delicious, but I wanted something to go with it...(Sensibly, the two bottles from Aizuwakamatsu the next day tasted better...)

This must be the second time at Toko itself. (I drank it at an izakaya in Shimokitazawa.) The taste is similar to the first one, Silk.
