First impressions are that it looks beautiful, so i bought it! Also, the name is kind of nice. I was told that it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so I drank it with great anticipation to see what it would be like. The first thing I smelled was a sweet aroma. I could smell it all the time. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness characteristic of nama-shu come rushing in at the same time. The aroma that escapes through the nose is very fresh! You can feel the freshness that only nama-shu can give you. The taste is fresh and fresh, with a slightly bitter aftertaste that lingers on the palate. But it is not bad at all, and you want to feel the lingering taste forever. It is a taste that is full of the deliciousness of nama-shu.

I bought it after the owner of a local liquor store recommended it to me. The aroma on the nose is of rich rice. The first thing that hits the palate is a slight tangy stimulation, followed by the unique thickening of the sake and the deliciousness of the rice. As it is a Nakadori sake, you can taste the original flavor of the sake without adding water. Although the taste is a little dry when swallowed, the crispness and moderate lingering aftertaste will make you want to drink it again.

I finally found it after visiting stores after work. It has a rich aroma reminiscent of melon and a sweet, fruity flavor that spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is clean and smooth. It is just delicious. I can't get enough of it.

Junmai Daiginjo with 50% rice polishing ratio and 15% alcohol by volume. The top aroma is modest but slightly sweet with a fruity aroma. The attack is also moderately sweet with some acidity. However, the overall impression is vague. The lingering aftertaste is also a little unsatisfying as it quickly fades away. It might go well with sashimi or other refreshing snacks.
