boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party 10
The sake level is lower than Harushika Super Dry, but the pungency is sharp.
It doesn't have the sharpness of Harushika, so the spiciness seems to be intervening all the time, which I personally don't like....
We arrived before 3:00 p.m. and realized it was 6:00 p.m. 😳.
The owner gave me a lift to the nearest station 🚗.
It's about a 10 minute walk but we got there in a couple of minutes🤣.
Thank you so much 🙇.
I also bought a bottle of Changlong rice lager.
It was fruity and delicious 😋.
I just took a picture, I didn't drink it at the station 🙄. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting ⑨.
Calm and beautifully dry?
I guess this is also suitable for warming up.
I've never had it myself, so I don't know about it, but it seems to be a different type from the usual Minami. I heard that Dewa Tsannyu is fruity and dry. They change the yeast used for Shiboritate.
I wrote that I've had Dewa Sanzu namaishu in the past 💦It does say dry and fruity 😅.
I was wondering why people in Kochi drink so much sake? I was wondering why people in Kochi drink so much sake, and he said it's because it goes well with fish.
I thought I'd like to try it with bonito tataki.
There was no rush of customers for the sake tasting, and the atmosphere was like a relaxed corner bar from start to finish 😁.

boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party 8
Super-harsh matured medium-bodied raw sake
It is not so spicy for its alcohol content and has a good sharpness.
I don't like to buy it, but I don't dislike it.
I also drank Junmai Namaisake from Uraharu Shika.
I've had it in the past and it's consistently good. ポンちゃんGood evening, bouken!
When I visited the brewery the other day, I was wondering if I should buy Uraharu Shika, although it might have been a different label 💦I would like to try Uraharu Shika, which you have always said is delicious 😊. boukenHi Ponchan 😃
I see it was sold at the Uraharu warehouse 😁I didn't see it when I went there 😅Few liquor stores carry it so when you find it is the best time to buy it 🤣. 兎御殿thank you for drinking the super-harsh Nakadori matured raw sake 🐰🎶 this year the matured flavor was especially strong 🥰I paired it with roasted ginkgo nuts with salt, the saltiness enhanced the flavor of the sake and I enjoyed the autumn flavors💕. boukenHello 🐰 bunny 🐰😃
I know it wasn't on the tasting menu, but the restaurant kindly allowed me to drink it with Uraharu 😁.
I drank a different product at the brewery before, but the impression of super dryness was much more impressive 😆. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (7)
There were a total of six paid tastings, but from this point on, the owner kindly allowed us to try several others.
The photo shows R3BY, but I was allowed to taste a sample of R4BY before its release.
It was very sweet and clean, and faded out quickly.
I was surprised at how delicious it was.
Urasato is also a good choice. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party (6)
When served cold, it tastes full of umami and thick. The acidity is impressive.
Heating it up makes it more like a heated sake that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Other people seemed to like Daishichi when it was heated.
Personally, I prefer it heated.
At this tasting
30ml 100yen
90ml for 300yen
Pretty reasonable, right? boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (5)
Sawanoi, which is not usually drunk very often.
When drunk cold, you can feel the sense of maturity rather well.
When heated, the sense of maturity disappears and the sake becomes flat and easy to drink.
While drinking this sake, the owner asked me what I thought of the aged aroma. We had a lot of discussion about it while drinking this sake. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (4)
The one I liked the most at this tasting.
The rice is Hananishiki, Kumamoto's original sake rice.
It is not bad whether it is drunk cold, chilled or heated.
I like its firm sweetness. It's not tiring to drink, but it's gentle and goes in all the time.
I bought this one 😁. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (3)
Yamadaho Hiyoroshi, the first release this year.
It is fruity and gorgeous enough when served cold, but the aroma and sweetness become more intense when heated.
We were talking about how it's a little bit rough when it's heated. ヤスベェGood evening, bouken 😀
I love the idea of comparing the different types of Yukino Kayasha 😀.
It's interesting that there are different types of hiyaoroshi and you can compare them 😀.
I would like to try Yamadaho's hiyaoroshi 😀. boukenHello Yasube-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I didn't know until recently that Yuki no Kayasha has hiyaoroshi 💦Yamadaho and two other varieties are sold at a store called Takamura Wine in Edobori 😊This is in September, boukenI think it's still there since the sake turnover is so bad in this restaurant 😊. ヤスベェHi bouken 😃
I was a bit surprised to hear that they also have sake since I thought they specialize in wine 😅. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting (2)
This is the first time for me to taste Hiyayogoshi from Yukino Kayasha.
I think the rice was Akita Sake Komachi.
When drunk cold, it has a fruity taste that is typical of Snow Kayasha.
It is not too sweet, but everything is just right.
When heated up, it turns out to be quite good.
The flamboyance is withdrawn and it has the atmosphere of a heated sake. Interesting.
I heated it up to about 55 degrees Celsius and enjoyed the change from there. boukenTomekawa Sake Shop Tasting (1)
I went to a paid tasting by Tomegawa Sake Brewery, aka Kishiwada's crazy salad house.
Last time I arrived a little early and was the first one to arrive, but this time I was late and it was almost an hour later and I was still the first one to arrive 🤣.
This time, too, it was not a liquor store's choice, but a wholesaler's salesman's selection. Last time it was summer sake and this time it was hiyaoroshi.
I felt like I came here to meet him rather than to see the sake lineup!
I left the order of drinking to him.
There were 6 different kinds of sake, and I tried all of them both cold and hot!
The first was Choryu hiyaoroshi.
It was beautiful chilled and didn't have much of a hiyaoroshi feel.
When heated up, the sweetness and cleanness were pulled back, which was surprising. boukenThis is the third experimental brew. It is a low-alcohol, raw sake with a light taste but with a firm sweetness and drinkability. It has a light taste, but it is very sweet and drinkable. It has some unique nuances. It also has a slight greefiness.
As Manachie said, it has a spodriness in the second half. It's definitely better than Prototype 02.
As Rigel said, it doesn't lose its quality even if you drink it on the rocks.
I'll have to try it with ICE BOX! Wagaujiサングロウ 直汲み うすにごり純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過にごり酒発泡 boukenThe drink is limited to 5 stores nationwide.
One of the 5 stores is called Salad Pavilion 🤣.
I was curious about the Fog that Rigel was drinking, but was afraid to open it because of the crown, so I bought this one.
It's very fizzy and you have to be careful not to open the bottle. It's like a lemon sour with just the right amount of sweetness and dryness for a hot summer day.
This is another one that you have to be careful not to drink too much of.
It is better to finish it by the end of the day. The taste change is quite intense. boukenThe red label, which has been in the lineup for some time, was made with Yamadanishiki produced in Higashiosaka under the supervision of Tetsuji Shampoo Hat (only Kansai people would understand this 🙄 ), but this green label uses Yamadanishiki from Hineno, Izumisano City, where the brewery is located.
Unlike the dry red label, this one is said to be sweet.
It is fruity and light, with a gentle but not overpowering sweetness. There is a slight spiciness at the end. Although it is a pure sake, it is not heavy and easy to drink.
I think this may be my favorite of all the Shounosato sakes I've had so far. Rafa papagood evening bouken😃
I've never heard of this sake before 😅I see it's from Osaka 😊bouken I'd like to drink your most favorite sake... 😍 boukenGood evening Rafa 😃.
So-no-Sato sometimes comes to Kintetsu in Harukas, or you can find it in the Osaka sake section of Aeon 😁.
Osaka sake is also very tasty 😃. Buyuアイラブユー 直汲み純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過
boukenI didn't know there was such a thing as a CWS in Valor😳.
I'm buying the jackets 😋.
Slightly slightly effervescent. Melon-like taste. A refreshing bitterness that is crisp and snappy.
Not as modern as the label suggests.
A bit like a classic melon soda?
The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes. ポンちゃんHello bouken 🐌.
The relaxed 😺 is very nice 😊👍I love you is also stylish 😁I've never had a Takefu before so I'll give it a try with this delicious looking drink 🙄. Rafa papaHello bouken 😃
I understand the temptation to buy the jackets but they don't look delicious... 🤣 boukenGood evening, Ponchan😃.
The yuletide taste of the cat was my favorite 😻
The classic label Takeyuki I drank before also tasted like a rumney, so I wonder if it's a schwarziness overall? 🤔
It's delicious so please try it if you come across it🤗. boukenGood evening, Rafa 😃.
That's it - it's moderately tasty 🤣.
A little different, but maybe closer to dream heart in strain 😁. グラbouken Thanks for your help. I liked the taste of this a lot. I haven't had the regular Takeyoshi yet, so I will buy it when I see it. Rafa papaDelicious 😳⁉️I love you do 😏I'll buy it when I find it 😌. boukenThanks for your help, Gula 😁.
It was pretty melon-y and tasty 😆.
I almost miss the usual valor because the label is so plain 😅. boukenRafa, other reviews seem to be generally positive 😉.
If you're looking for regular valor, you can sometimes find it in the mountains of Ekimarche 😁. boukenI bought the raw ones because they seem to be rare.
They only ship to a very limited number of stores. The store where I bought it said it was limited to 5 😳.
The top aroma is a bit like banana.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a firm rice flavor. It was like an excellent daiginjo. I think the Junmai Namae was sweeter.
All the Miwafuku I've had so far have been unique, but this one may be the most ordinary 🤔.
It may not be the most unique of the Miwafuku, but it's delicious 😁.
I feel it's very light when I drink it after Takeyoshi or Zhuang no Sato.
boukenI tasted and purchased this drink just the day that Sake Run posted this drink.
The person in charge at the tasting said it was a limited edition for our company, so I guess only liquor stores that deal with a wholesaler called Iida get it in stock.
The aroma is a unique aroma like that of a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast.
The aroma is a little refreshing, sweet, and has a pronounced acidity. When it gets close to room temperature, you can feel the creaminess.
My impression from the tasting is that it tastes better if it is not cooled too much, as the depth of the acidity expands.
I wonder if the depth of flavor and creamy nuances are related to the butteriness that Mr. Sakeran mentioned.
I'd like to try the aged raw sake, too.
It's been four days since I opened it, and I think it's getting sweeter.
It's been a week and I think I like it better than freshly opened. It's easier to drink. さけランOh?
You're drinking 😆✌️
Good morning, bouken 🌞!
Creamy" is good! Yes, yes!
I wonder if this unique peculiarity is a characteristic of flat polished rice 🤔? boukenGood morning, Mr. Sakeran!
My guess is that the combination of the yeast and No.7 yeast (Masumi yeast) gives it a unique nuance 🤔It has a different atmosphere from other companies' yeast 🤗. さけランOh✨
I see what you mean! I see what you mean ☝.
It's true that if you're offered a few different kinds of blinds, the big seven might be able to sniff out the unique ones 😇. boukenAt the crazy salad hall tasting.
This was the last of the 45ml tasting.
They said it was the last one because of its sake quality. It's also aged.
It is a bit withered or has a strong sense of maturity. It has a rounded and rounded mouthfeel. As I wrote, this is a heated sake.
After that, I had another 90ml of Snow Kayasha and Daishichi.
I enjoyed it so much that I might go next time if they hold another one! ポンちゃんGood evening, bouken!
I'm sure you're well-known in Kansai sake brewery? Sounds like you had a great time at the crazy salad tasting 😆👍Please join us again next time and report back 😊🙏. boukenHi Pon 😃
Maybe I'm just making a fuss about the salad hall 🤣.
I wasn't planning on attending much, but the location of the tasting area made it impossible to avoid 🤣. boukenAt the crazy salad hall tasting.
I drank Snow Kayasha for the first time in a long time. I've had the secret Yamahai raw, but this was my first time to try the fire-aged version.
It tastes fruity and beautiful. The brewery recommends heating it up, but I'm happy with cold sake.
boukenI went to the first paid tasting by Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka the crazy salad hall!
I was the first one to arrive right at the start time and was surprised 🤣.
Iida (wholesaler) salesman (24 years old😳) carefully selected 6 different types of sake.
We got all kinds in 45ml 😋.
First up was Nanbu Bijin. I've had it in the past but it's fading from my memory, so I'm posting it here.
It is a refreshing summer sake with a gentle, fruity sweetness.
We were talking about how we would lose the taste if we drank it after a heavier sake.
The following is a short list of what we have had in the past.
Harushika Shiromiki
Ryuriki Dragon Sparkling
Daishichi Namaishi Junmai Namaishu
Harushika was struggling to open the bottle, so I opened it myself instead 😚.
I bought the Dai-Shichi this time and will post it later 😁. しんじょうGood evening...
I think that's the store I went to, too, but I guess it's a tasting event there.
I've never heard of a tasting at a liquor store.
I'll have to check out the liquor stores in my neighborhood. boukenShinjou-san, this is my day.
I know you have been there before 😊This was your first paid tasting 😁 Are you in the neighborhood? You ride a bicycle, right? You have a wide range of activities 😳 しんじょうHello.
It was a little confusing, wasn't it?
I rode my bicycle here with a lot of hooting and hollering.
I don't see many instagrams of liquor shops, so I'll have to look at them from now on.

boukenI gave up on it after it sold out a day after it went on sale, but a restaurant gave me their layaway. Thank you 🙇.
The gas was as ferocious as the rumors said, and I had to hold it back with my hand, but the plug flew out so fast. And it blew. I was careful so it didn't turn out to be a disaster 😅.
The gassiest sake I've ever had in my life 😳.
It has a strong fizzy feeling like carbonated juice. Calpis-like flavor, sweet and bitter, and a little dry. This year, Mr. Shimada was overzealous and the gas was stronger than expected (lol).
Next year, he will make adjustments and be more conservative.
I think it will have more Aizan flavor if the temperature is raised a little. ちょろきbouken.
Good morning 😃.
Gus is ferocious is a novel expression 🤣.
Mr. Toji is mischievous and says he's overzealous lol ゆかちんGood morning, bouken😃You continue to be an interesting drinker! That information is great 😁 Is it as gassy as Wilkinson's ⁉️ マナチーGood morning bouken, I'd love to try your ferocious gassy sensation 😳❗️ Osaka sake, I only see autumn deer 🤣. うまいうまい Good evening, bouken💫.
You know more about Sakai City's sake releases than the citizens of Sakai 👍✨I'm sorry to hear that, but I can only thank you for the information 😭 boukenHello Choroki 😃
I thought it was ferocious because it spurts vigorously at different times after opening 🤣.
I hope it will be dead weight and not too mature next year😅. boukenHello Yukachin 😊
I have my antennae up in every direction 😁.
I think the carbonation stimulation is enough to compete with Wilkinson's when opened 🤣. boukenGood evening, Mr. Manachie 😊.
I think it would have popped 🤯 on the ceiling if I opened it normally 🤣Akirika also produces a sweet and sour perverted sake made from Yamahai yeast, so I hope you'll try it 😘. boukenGood evening, good evening, good evening 😃.
Shimada-san's preparation is outstanding and I'm checking SNS to catch up with him 😆. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
