Bought it at the same liquor store (crazy salad hall) as my 有事. Very easy to drink. There is no aluzoe feeling at all. I think it's a Honjozo in terms of specifications. It's really easy to drink, no miscellaneous flavors and very refreshing. It's an honorable type of serious sake.

Merry Christmas, Manachie 🎄. I opened it 😉 I felt like it was a different angle to the Instrument Masamune and a great example of honjozo 🕵️.

I didn't know it, but it seems to be an affiliated company of Tatenogawa. They bought a brewery that was closed because there was no successor. The weight of export to Hong Kong is high, so they have capital from Hong Kong companies. A liquor store that I follow on Instagram (search for "crazy salad hall") is highly recommending it, so I bought some. It's juicy and gassy. The sweetness is moderate and dry. It's fresh and juicy as the name suggests. I think it's good to be paid more attention. It becomes more muscat-like after a while. It's only available at the Salad Kan in Sake-no-wa, but I bought it at the Tomegawa Sake Shop. It's somewhere between Nankai Tadaoka station and Haruki station. The brands they sell are Furozumi, Kinatake, Harushika (also Ura Harushika and Kanaru), Sawanoi, Goyu, Kirizukuba (first time in Kansai!) They also carry a wide range of craft beers such as Furozumi, Shirokiku, Shinkai, Hakurei, Miwafuku, Amano-shu, Shou no Sato, Saijotsuru, Wakaze, etc. The owner is very young and has a wide selection of craft beers. My recommendation for you is going to be awesome😅.

Mr. Barry Ponzu Good evening 🌃 Nice to meet you! I thought you were from the Kansai area, but I guess you're from Kishiwada 😯 and Jyushiyo is in Yamagata too. I'm looking forward to working with you in the future.

Yukachin-san Good evening 🌉 It seems that they have brought in young staff from Tatenogawa and are brewing with younger members. I can't even buy Jyushiyo or Tobi even if they recommend them😅.

It finally appeared in Kansai, so I bought it. (It seems to be the first in western Japan) According to the information on the internet, it's made with multiple yeasts. It's more wine-like than sake made with wine yeast. It looks like wine, but I've never had it before. It's not too much wine, not too much sake, just rice wine. It has a delicious taste with light acidity. I personally like the fact that it is not spicy at all.

I was also interested in Ihyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki, but I bought the PROTOTYPE for now. I'm looking forward to drinking it raw.

It is said to be a product exclusive to Harushika's special dealers. I'll cast a spell 😉. Sixth name pure silver Ah no ma🎵. Haruka Sixth Avenue Aiyaama🎵 After a little sweetness, gorgeousness and deliciousness come. The aftertaste is spicy and fades out. The price is reasonable for a sake made with Aizan and the cost is good. Personally, I would like it to be a little sweeter. This is the last stock of Aisan, so I'll have to find something else.

Good evening. Love mountain in spring deer!!! ❤️ Is Shady a special dealer? However, Kishiwada is not far to go when I go back to my parents' house, but...

Ane-san Good evening🌠 It is said to be Haruka's first Aizan. It was the style of a liquor store with a Shady attached. Are you from Kansai, Ane-san?

Yes, I am from Kameoka City, the hometown of Araga, who won the bronze medal in karate at the Olympics, and the backwoods (just country) of Kyoto, where it was reported that the Olympic torch relay damaged the turf and cost 5 million yen to repair.

So you are in Kameoka ❗ I sometimes go there because my friend lives nearby. It's a good balance without being too urban. There's also a sake brewery 😋.

There is no indication of the rice polishing ratio, so you might think it is a regular sake, but the pop-up at the liquor store says that it is a honjozo, with the rice polishing ratio and sake content written on it. I don't remember the number. It also seems to be undiluted sake. It has a unique flavor at the entrance. It's fresh and sweet. It would be interesting if it were fresh.

I tried to carbonate it because it's high in alcohol, but the goodness was gone.

They also sold nigori, but I guess I should have bought nigori. Nigori is raw, right?

The tag on the bottle says that it is unfiltered, active, raw sake. I wonder if this is the same?

There was a zero that was shipped in very small quantities, but it was a bottle with a hole, so I bought this one. It is juicy and has a strong sweetness. Tropical fruit feeling. It is easy to drink and has no peculiarity among the mizutamoto (traditional sake). The label is said to be from over 40 years ago, which was lying in the warehouse. It has a yogurt or lactobacillus-like taste as if it were a water mash. The shop where I bought it doesn't show up, so I registered it at the gift shop attached.

I thought Tamakae had a dry taste, but it's so sweet when it's a mizuhashou.

It's delicious as is, but if you drink it with soda, it's like a cocktail.
