Timeline

boukenA very limited raw version of the standard Junmai sake.
According to the third generation of the crazy salad hall, why don't they serve it on a regular basis? I asked him why they don't usually serve it, and he said the brewer said it's too much trouble 🤣.
Also, the winter-only Honjozo Shiboritate and Nigori sake are not written on the labels, but they are still raw sake. I think it says "unfiltered" or "active nigori" on the bottle.
I don't know if it is a strong sake or not, but it is sold at room temperature.
Maybe this is also unfiltered nama-zake, I don't know.
I have the impression that it is fresh, fruity, and pungent at the same time.
It has a freshly-ripened fruitiness with a strong alu-ness.
There is a cherry-like nuance🍒.
As koge2 said in his review of the fire-entry, it has a unique taste that is complex and hard to describe.
All the Miwafuku reviews I've had in the past say it's unique too 🤣. ポンちゃんGood evening, bouken🌙
You're a shopkeeper with a lot to poke around 🤣.
I wonder what it would taste like if it was well preserved! If it doesn't change, this owner might be amazing 😁. boukenGood evening, Ponchan 😃.
I'm not sure if it's raw, but it's strong enough to be okay? I'm interpreting it as 😅I'm not sure if it's OK at room temperature or if it's the type of activity that's not healthy 🤣. おふじGood evening, bouken!
It's sometimes called "Nama-shu" even if it's not labeled 😳.
It's rare to have fruity and spicy together.
By the way, you know a lot of liquor stores! しんじょうThank you for your time.
I understand the difficulty in explaining Miwafuku.
I think I asked him about it at an event a long time ago, and I think he said that he wanted it to fit in with the fact that people in southern Osaka eat a lot of simmered dishes. boukenHi Ofuji 😃
Sometimes it doesn't say raw or needs to be refrigerated😅I rely on information from liquor stores😊I follow all the instagrams of liquor stores in Kansai 🤣. boukenShinjou-san, my day 😉.
It's an inexpressible taste 😅I guess sake is made to suit the local cuisine 🤔. うまいうまい Good evening, bouken!
I like Miwafuku 😋 I don't know if it's cherry or not, but for some reason the sweetness and umami tones just seem to fit me 🤣. boukenGood yum yum, hello 😃.
I know you have had a few of these in the past 😊.
Forget the cherries as I might have been drunk and had a taste bug 🤣. boukenThis sake is limited to two liquor stores, one in Sakai and the other in Kishiwada.
Only 12 bottles are in stock, so the next time I come back, there won't be any left, so I was allowed to try a special sample before purchasing.
It has a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a low alcohol content and is sweet with a gentle taste. It is low in alcohol, but you can feel the fullness of the flavor.
It has no gaseous feeling, but it is fresh. It can be used by itself or with food. Shimada Special is delicious no matter what you drink.

boukenThis sake is limited to two stores, Tomegawa Sake Shop in Kishiwada (Crazy Salad House) and Kagaya in Sakai.
This sake is a collaboration between Mr. Shimada, a young brewer of Senrikyu, and a young liquor store owner. I think the young person was also in charge of the label design.
The rice used is Aiyama and Yamadanishiki.
Low alcohol unfiltered raw sake
The aroma already raises expectations.
It has a juicy, berry-like, cute sweetness. It's hard to describe, but it's very well-rounded.
It's a long way away, but it's a sake that makes you glad you went to buy it.
I heard that Tomegawa has already sold out of the 4-gos.
They said they will soon release a second light nigori. うまいうまい Good evening, bouken💫.
Well, I'll be wanting this one 😄👍✨ boukenGood evening, good evening, good evening.
I've been aiming for this drink since I heard about it 👍. マルHello, bouken!
I️ didn't know there was such an item at Sen no Rikyu.
I'm ashamed to say I didn't know about Kagaya 😅.
I will take a look next time. Thank you very much 😊. boukenMaru-san, good evening!
This is a liquor store with little information, so many people may not know about it. The store looks like an office or warehouse, so it may be a little difficult to enter😅. boukenFresh, fruity and juicy. A unique flavor with a chemical feel. It also has a rummy taste.
It has a unique freshness and citrus acidity. The Junmai Daiginjyo unfiltered draft I had before was similar, but cleaner and without any peculiarities. This is so good.
The third generation of the liquor store owner here is amazing at remembering people's faces. I only met him twice last year (I was there only on my days off due to bad timing), but he told me thank you for coming from far away. うまいうまいHello bouken, 🌈
Did you go to the salad hall again🤣Thank you so much for coming from so far away✨Next time, please stop by our place once 🤣. boukenGood evening, good evening, good evening 😊.
I went to the salad hall (and Sakai liquor store) for the limited edition Sen no Rikyu 😁 I'll stop on the way back to the salad hall 🤣.

boukenLike Hiraizumi, it uses white malted rice and low alcohol content. It doesn't say, but the rice is fukuhikari. I don't know what kind of rice it is.
I bought it at a crazy salad hall with a Junmai Daiginjo of Ura-Harushika.
It has a lot of ori, so when you pour it, it looks like makgeolli.
The aroma has a complex nuance with a graininess. On the palate, there is a small amount of graininess and sweet acidity. It has the same alcohol content as the Hiraizumi we just opened, but this one has a gentler nuance. I wish they would release an active version of this!
The next sake I open may be nigori, too. うまいうまい Good morning, bouken 🌈.
I see you stocked up in the south 🤣Crazy salad hall, walking distance from Haruki station? Then I can go there too 😊✌️ boukenGood morning, good morning, good morning.
It's not convenient to walk from Tadaoka because it only has a regular stop 😊.
I recommend timing when the 3rd generation is in the shop👍 うまいうまい bouken. Salad Pavilion, you're on both instagram and FB 💦 I'm sorry to see you 😅.
boukenI was going to buy just the Toyonou plum, but when my stamp card was full, I was offered a 1,000 yen discount, so I chose this one in addition.
The aroma was gorgeous and a little pineapple-like. It has a beautiful sweet flavor with a pineapple-like aroma. I think you can't go wrong with Uraharu Shika and Shikanaru.
I wonder if they ripened a little in the store. I would have liked to drink it in a fresher condition.
This liquor store stocks a lot of sake at the beginning and takes time to sell it, so even if they are a little late, they still have some in stock, unlike other stores.
The display of kirizukuba is spectacular! ポンちゃんHello bouken ☀️
There are so many different kinds of back spring deer 😳 they look so delicious♡I will get any kind of back spring deer I can find 😆. boukenGood evening, Ponchan 😃
Ura-harushika, there was also a raw sake junmai daiginjo and a dry one 😀 I wonder how many varieties they have in total 🤔. おふじbouken, good evening 🌙
This is the first time I've ever seen the back side of a springbok.
I'm not sure if I've seen this before 😮 I'm not sure if I've seen this before. boukenOfuji, good evening 😃
I have the impression that super-harsh is synonymous with Harushika, but I think the other sakes are mainly umakuchi 🤔I used to think Harushika = dry 😅. boukenBack spring deer I couldn't get at takimoto's, got it at the crazy salad hall!
It is the first Harushika to be finished with a low-alcoholic, gaseous finish. It has a slight bubbly taste, with a sweet and tasty rum-like flavor.
I'll have to try a lot of Uraharu Shika because it tastes good no matter what I drink.
The fourth photo shows Maruho Sake Shop, a distributor of Shinshu Kamerei near Kyocera Dome. The installations are
I've never been there, but I'm wondering if anyone has been there. I saw on the Stories page a while ago that they have Shinshu Kamerei in stock. ポンちゃんHello bouken ☀️
I gave up too because I only had one bottle 😢I knew it was good! I was so nervous when I went to Harushika the other day that I forgot about it 💦I'm going for the next Harushika 😄 boukenHello, Ponchan.
I recommend Uraharu Shika no-pressure pressed. You should try it 😊and also Shikanaru is good 😋. ポンちゃんbouken, thank you for always sharing with us 🙏 It's an unpressurized pressing! I've tasted the Shikanaru 😄 delicious ♡. 兎御殿bouken, good evening 🐰
Thank you for the back spring review ✨
Thank you for recommending Shikanaru as well. It won the highest gold award in this year's heated sake contest🎶. boukenPon-chan, you tasted Kanade! Does that mean you can buy Kanade at the brewery? boukenGood evening, Mr. Usagi Goten 🐰
Uraharu was delicious😍Thank you 👍Congratulations on the Gold Award 🎊Congratulations on the Kaname for warming sake 🍶. 兎御殿bouken-san, the red label fire-brewed Kanari is always available in stores. The blue label draft was released around summer and is still available, but the black label unpressurized is sold out this season. It's a limited distribution item, so it's not on the official Harushika online store. ポンちゃんThanks 🐰, rabbit 🐰 🐰 🙏.
I was just about to ask you 💦 that helped 😊. boukenThank you for letting us know, Mr. Usagi Goten 🙇 I hope I can visit the warehouse once 😊.
boukenIt seems to be the best tank of alcohol the president has ever had. It tastes like melon🍈. Unlike Kirizukuba and Urasato, it is spicy.
The impression is that it is fresh and dry with a melon flavor. Although it is dry, it is easy to drink, so if you are okay with fruity flavors, I think it is a type of sake that can be enjoyed by everyone.
It has the same easy-drinking quality as Kirizukuba and Urasato. Is this drinkability a characteristic of this brewery? マナチーGood morning, bouken!
I stopped buying this because I heard it was drier than the usual Kiri-Tsukuba, but I see it's easy to drink 😳 I might give it a try 🤔. うまいうまい Good morning, bouken-san 🌈
Did you go to Kishiwada? I'm impressed with your energy ✨I'm now interested in dry fluty❣️ boukenGood morning Mr. Manachy 🌄.
I wasn't sure if I would buy it because it's dry, but I have a mysterious trust in Kiritsukuba, so I did 😁 It's dry with melon flavor 👍. boukenGood morning, good morning ☀☀☀☀☀.
This sake is only sold at this store in Kansai 😢It seems to be one of the driest sake from this brewery. The others are sweeter, but the common denominator is that they all tasted like melon 🍈😋. うまいうまいIs this the only store in Kansai⁉️😳
I heard something great 💦.
Thank you very much. boukenUmaumaimasu There is only one store in Osaka and one store in Tokushima in Kansai, or rather in western Japan. boukenThe wine is fresh and light with a fizzy, bubbly feeling.
The taste is juicy, sweet and delicious, with a slight melon flavor. A little bitterness at the end. It's really delicious. boukenGood morning, Mr. Manachy ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I took it home with the Urasato the other day because I thought there wouldn't be any left when I went there next time 🤗.
I heard they used to have Yamahai when the previous master brewer was in charge 😯I heard they have some that are not on the website when you go to the brewery. boukenMelon is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!
Sweet but clean and gentle. It may not be flashy, but it is a well-balanced, honors type of sake.
I was worried because the liquor store that carries it is far away, but I was right to buy it. boukenGood morning, Mr. Manachy 🌄.
The brewer himself says it's more powerful than last year, so maybe it actually tastes better 😊he says he's trying to keep a good balance 🐱. boukenIt is said to be unfiltered raw sake, although it is not written on the bottle. It says "nigori" but I wonder if it is just a light nigori.
Strong gassiness. The taste is fresh, tropical fruit-like and rich. Both sweetness and acidity give a gentle impression.
The taste is reminiscent of Takachiyo.
A brewery that I personally pay attention to. boukenThey said they made a mistake in ordering the quantity of 4-gou and 1-sho bottles😁.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get my hands on it again, but I'm sure I'll be able to get my hands on it again.
It's a versatile sake that can be used on its own or with food.
The liquor store told me that Urasato (Kirizukuba) tastes better fresh. マナチーIf the unique refreshing sensation of Ogawa yeast is popular, it will be a breakthrough in my opinion 😳❗️I hope you work hard to increase your sales channels 🤣. boukenGood morning, Manachie-san 🌅.
I'm not sure how to compare them because the rice is different, but the same Ogawa yeast has a completely different type of flavor than the brewing forest👍. 白木久NIJIIRO 〜にじいろ〜純米原酒生酒無濾過 boukenThis is a sake made with a new edible rice called Niji no Kirameki and yeast from 7 different types of sake. It's a sweet juicy sake with a gassy, rich fruitiness. The acidity is also very fruit-like.
It seems difficult to make a good sake with edible rice, but Shirakihisa's sake is so good that it's amazing. I don't drink a lot, but I don't think I've ever had a bad bottle.
The yeast used is 6.7.9.10.11.14.1801. boukenThe rice is called Chiyonishiki, which I've never heard of before.
It's been almost a year since it was produced, but it's not nearly as ripe as it should be. It's dense, sweet, and dark like pineapple. The aroma and taste are a cross between a dense pineapple feeling and a light aged feeling. There is a gorgeous ginjo aroma that comes through the nose. It's generally considered to be dry, but it's sweeter than I thought it would be.
I was surprised that the owner remembered me even though we only talked once last August. He even remembered what we had bought last time and where we had come from.
He's young, but he's a good businessman. I've visited him several times, but there were days when he wasn't there, so I'll try to go on a day when he's there next time.
The third picture, I drank Hayaseura and it was full of Fukui sake😅.
The fourth one, Echinotaka, has 4 stars, but I've never seen it for sale? Maybe I just missed it? マナチーGood morning, bouken-san!
It's amazing that you can remember a customer from that long ago 🙌. boukenHi Manachie 😉.
I can buy Ryujinmaru near me but I don't really like the taste 😅.
It was like I remembered it when I saw the stamp card, but I still thought it was great that you remembered all the details 👳. boukenBought it at the same liquor store (crazy salad hall) as my 有事.
Very easy to drink. There is no aluzoe feeling at all. I think it's a Honjozo in terms of specifications. It's really easy to drink, no miscellaneous flavors and very refreshing.
It's an honorable type of serious sake. マナチーGood evening bouken-san❗️
I'm sure you've heard of it, but I've never heard of it. boukenMerry Christmas, Manachie 🎄.
I opened it 😉 I felt like it was a different angle to the Instrument Masamune and a great example of honjozo 🕵️. boukenI didn't know it, but it seems to be an affiliated company of Tatenogawa. They bought a brewery that was closed because there was no successor. The weight of export to Hong Kong is high, so they have capital from Hong Kong companies.
A liquor store that I follow on Instagram (search for "crazy salad hall") is highly recommending it, so I bought some. It's juicy and gassy. The sweetness is moderate and dry. It's fresh and juicy as the name suggests. I think it's good to be paid more attention.
It becomes more muscat-like after a while.
It's only available at the Salad Kan in Sake-no-wa, but I bought it at the Tomegawa Sake Shop. It's somewhere between Nankai Tadaoka station and Haruki station. The brands they sell are Furozumi, Kinatake, Harushika (also Ura Harushika and Kanaru), Sawanoi, Goyu, Kirizukuba (first time in Kansai!) They also carry a wide range of craft beers such as Furozumi, Shirokiku, Shinkai, Hakurei, Miwafuku, Amano-shu, Shou no Sato, Saijotsuru, Wakaze, etc.
The owner is very young and has a wide selection of craft beers.
My recommendation for you is going to be awesome😅. マナチーbouken-san, konnichiwa... kirizukuba 😆 toji no nikara-san is getting a lot of attention now 👍 new sake light nigori recommended😋. バリーポン酢I've been to that liquor store and they pushed me too....the next Jyushiyo! That's what I said😁.
I'm sure you'll like it 😊. MAJHello, bouken! Hi Bouken!
I've only heard of Goyuji from time to time, but now it's up there on my list of things to drink! 😋 Now I just need to find a distributor! 😂 ゆかちんbouken-san, good evening😊I was vaguely curious about this sake, but didn't know anything about it being an affiliate of Shionogawa! Five ⭐️s for Jyushiyo is awesome 😆. T-KajiGood evening, bouken👋!
I remember the first time I drank this beer last year, and I was so impressed with its fresh and juicy taste 😋.
I'm sure you'll love it too 🤗 boukenManachie-san 🌃Good evening
He's a young toji so he's going to grow even more and get more attention😊I bought the usunigori along with the goyu 😋. boukenMr. Barry Ponzu Good evening 🌃 Nice to meet you! I thought you were from the Kansai area, but I guess you're from Kishiwada 😯 and Jyushiyo is in Yamagata too. I'm looking forward to working with you in the future. boukenGood evening, MAJ!
I knew the name of it only thinly too. If you see it, please try it😸 boukenYukachin-san Good evening 🌉
It seems that they have brought in young staff from Tatenogawa and are brewing with younger members. I can't even buy Jyushiyo or Tobi even if they recommend them😅. boukenT-Kaji-san Good evening😸
Above the clouds, that's a good name😍.
I'll have to check it out next time I'm there! UrazatoURAZATO PROTOTYPE 試験醸造酒純米吟醸生酛原酒 boukenIt finally appeared in Kansai, so I bought it. (It seems to be the first in western Japan)
According to the information on the internet, it's made with multiple yeasts. It's more wine-like than sake made with wine yeast. It looks like wine, but I've never had it before.
It's not too much wine, not too much sake, just rice wine.
It has a delicious taste with light acidity. I personally like the fact that it is not spicy at all. boukenI was also interested in Ihyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki, but I bought the PROTOTYPE for now. I'm looking forward to drinking it raw. boukenI've only seen them at Kintetsu Department Store in Abeno.... I guess you have to go there to see it live.
boukenIt is said to be a product exclusive to Harushika's special dealers.
I'll cast a spell 😉.

After a little sweetness, gorgeousness and deliciousness come. The aftertaste is spicy and fades out. The price is reasonable for a sake made with Aizan and the cost is good. Personally, I would like it to be a little sweeter.
This is the last stock of Aisan, so I'll have to find something else. あねさんGood evening.
Love mountain in spring deer!!! ❤️
Is Shady a special dealer? However, Kishiwada is not far to go when I go back to my parents' house, but... boukenAne-san Good evening🌠
It is said to be Haruka's first Aizan. It was the style of a liquor store with a Shady attached. Are you from Kansai, Ane-san? あねさんYes, I am from Kameoka City, the hometown of Araga, who won the bronze medal in karate at the Olympics, and the backwoods (just country) of Kyoto, where it was reported that the Olympic torch relay damaged the turf and cost 5 million yen to repair. boukenSo you are in Kameoka ❗ I sometimes go there because my friend lives nearby. It's a good balance without being too urban. There's also a sake brewery 😋. 白木久MIRROR MIRROR純米原酒生酒無濾過 boukenIt's juicy and definitely apple-like. It's not extremely fruity, and the apple flavor and sake flavor coexist. boukenIt's acidity-driven and kicks in at the end. boukenThere is no indication of the rice polishing ratio, so you might think it is a regular sake, but the pop-up at the liquor store says that it is a honjozo, with the rice polishing ratio and sake content written on it. I don't remember the number. It also seems to be undiluted sake. It has a unique flavor at the entrance. It's fresh and sweet. It would be interesting if it were fresh. boukenIn the mouth, it's quite peculiar and unique. boukenI tried to carbonate it because it's high in alcohol, but the goodness was gone. boukenThey also sold nigori, but I guess I should have bought nigori. Nigori is raw, right? boukenI think it's been more than 10 days, but it's starting to feel fruity. boukenThe tag on the bottle says that it is unfiltered, active, raw sake. I wonder if this is the same? RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
