At the crazy salad hall tasting. I drank Snow Kayasha for the first time in a long time. I've had the secret Yamahai raw, but this was my first time to try the fire-aged version. It tastes fruity and beautiful. The brewery recommends heating it up, but I'm happy with cold sake.
