Super-harsh matured medium-bodied raw sake
It is not so spicy for its alcohol content and has a good sharpness.
I don't like to buy it, but I don't dislike it.
I also drank Junmai Namaisake from Uraharu Shika.
I've had it in the past and it's consistently good.

thank you for drinking the super-harsh Nakadori matured raw sake 🐰🎶 this year the matured flavor was especially strong 🥰I paired it with roasted ginkgo nuts with salt, the saltiness enhanced the flavor of the sake and I enjoyed the autumn flavors💕.

I know it's not on the tasting menu, but the restaurant kindly allowed me to try it with Uraharu 😁.
I've tried a different product from the brewery before and it gave me a much better impression of super dryness 😆.
