I went to the first paid tasting by Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka the crazy salad hall!
I was the first one to arrive right at the start time and was surprised 🤣.
Iida (wholesaler) salesman (24 years old😳) carefully selected 6 different types of sake.
We got all kinds in 45ml 😋.
First up was Nanbu Bijin. I've had it in the past but it's fading from my memory, so I'm posting it here.
It is a refreshing summer sake with a gentle, fruity sweetness.
We were talking about how we would lose the taste if we drank it after a heavier sake.
The following is a short list of what we have had in the past.
Harushika Shiromiki
Ryuriki Dragon Sparkling
Daishichi Namaishi Junmai Namaishu
Harushika was struggling to open the bottle, so I opened it myself instead 😚.
I bought the Dai-Shichi this time and will post it later 😁.

Good evening...
I think that's the store I went to, too, but I guess it's a tasting event there.
I've never heard of a tasting at a liquor store.
I'll have to check out the liquor stores in my neighborhood.

Shinjou-san, this is my day.
I know you have been there before 😊This was your first paid tasting 😁 Are you in the neighborhood? You ride a bicycle, right? You have a wide range of activities 😳

Hello.
It was a little confusing, wasn't it?
I rode my bicycle here with a lot of hooting and hollering.
I don't see many instagrams of liquor shops, so I'll have to look at them from now on.
