Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party (6) When served cold, it tastes full of umami and thick. The acidity is impressive. Heating it up makes it more like a heated sake that can be enjoyed by everyone. Other people seemed to like Daishichi when it was heated. Personally, I prefer it heated. At this tasting 30ml 100yen 90ml for 300yen Pretty reasonable, right?
