Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting (2)
This is the first time for me to taste Hiyayogoshi from Yukino Kayasha.
I think the rice was Akita Sake Komachi.
When drunk cold, it has a fruity taste that is typical of Snow Kayasha.
It is not too sweet, but everything is just right.
When heated up, it turns out to be quite good.
The flamboyance is withdrawn and it has the atmosphere of a heated sake. Interesting.
I heated it up to about 55 degrees Celsius and enjoyed the change from there.
