The red label, which has been in the lineup for some time, was made with Yamadanishiki produced in Higashiosaka under the supervision of Tetsuji Shampoo Hat (only Kansai people would understand this 🙄 ), but this green label uses Yamadanishiki from Hineno, Izumisano City, where the brewery is located.
Unlike the dry red label, this one is said to be sweet.
It is fruity and light, with a gentle but not overpowering sweetness. There is a slight spiciness at the end. Although it is a pure sake, it is not heavy and easy to drink.
I think this may be my favorite of all the Shounosato sakes I've had so far.

Good evening Rafa 😃.
So-no-Sato sometimes comes to Kintetsu in Harukas, or you can find it in the Osaka sake section of Aeon 😁.
Osaka sake is also very tasty 😃.
