Purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka Crazy Salad Pavilion. Uses Kumamoto yeast. It has a flat taste with a moderate sweetness. The calmness is typical of Kiritsukuba, but there is a kind of strength that comes rushing in, which gives a different impression from usual Kiritsukuba 🤔. It's different from usual but I personally like it 😋.

Milky Queen and Princess Michiko yeast from Ami Town At the crazy salad hall, Tomegawa Sake Shop I was interested in Blue Rose, but bought this one because it was sweeter. It is indeed gorgeous and has a firm sweet flavor. It's rich, slightly smooth, and delicious! It is a little different from the Urasato and Kirizukuba I have had so far. It is a dark sweet sake. I wonder how people who usually like Urasato and Kiri-Tsukuba would feel about it.

I'm taking it in rehab 🙄. The alcohol I bought during the Salad Pavilion event. Not the alcohol I drank then 😅. It's a CWS product from liquor dealer Yamada. It's apple and banana type, slightly sweet and tasty but sharp and refreshing. I imagined it would be sweeter, but it's drier than I expected. I think it's not so bad 🤔.

Good evening, bouken. I'm sorry to hear that you were sick and didn't get back to normal for a while 💧. Please take care of yourself for New Year's Eve🍀. This looks like a sweet and savory type of food and I am very interested in it 😊.

ma-ki- san, good evening 🌃 Thank you for your concern 🙇. I am on the road to recovery, so I guess I just need to be patient a little longer 🤔. It was a pretty sweet and tasty sake, so please try it if you see it 🤗.

Tomekawa 3rd generation's Tasting the guesses (11) (omake) After drinking 10 kinds of sake, I paid 300 yen for another Koshi to taste again. Afterwards, I was talking with the store staff about what I should buy and go home, and they told me they had a sample of Harushika, so I was allowed to try it! (The photo is not of the sample, but of the product for sale. It seems to be a raw version of Sakura Junmai! It is beautifully sweet, juicy and rich. Slightly complex too? I got lost in the confusion and ended up buying other sakes instead of buying one of the 10 types😅. I decided not to buy Urasato's Miyamanishiki this time, so I think I will go back after the new year.

Good evening, bouken🦉! I've been reading the series and once again I think it's a great meeting with a nice atmosphere 👍✨It's nice that there are not so many people and you can talk with the owner slowly! Oh, I'm curious about left-handed people too 😁.

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party to taste the guesses (10) It was sweet, juicy and delicious! They wanted to make a sake like Koshi, so they recently changed the quality of sake. The label is also modern and cute, and the words "kokoro odoru" on the back reminds me of nobodyknows+ 🎵. A woman who joined us at the same time said she was a fan of Wakabisu. This is the end of the set...?

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party for guesses ⑨. I have tasted BLACK LABEL's "brilliant" in the past, but the impression of "brilliant" was strawberry-like, but this one was sweet and tasty, but a little drier than Shirakikyu's. I think it's great that they can make this taste with rice. I think this is what I think every time I drink Shirakiku. Koshihikari has a subtle taste to be honest... This review is getting more and more boring 💦.

Tomekawa 3rd generation's group to taste the guesses (8) I don't drink much Minami because of its dry image. My impression changed a little when I drank Tamanoi, a local brand, at an event held at Hanshin Department Store. I wondered if it was a classic sake. I thought it was a classic sake, but it's a beautiful sake. Dry but modern and easy to drink. Seems to be good with food. Surprisingly, this sake left the biggest impression on me.

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party for guesses (6) When I drank it at home in the past, it gave me the impression of rumney, but this time I thought it was more like melon or muscat 🍈. It was great that I could drink freshly opened bottles since I was there from the start of the event! I remember it was a bit exciting when I found out that a woman who attended the event at the same time as me was the same age as me and left-handed. I was surprised to hear that she sometimes opens a bottle that day 😳.

Tomekawa 3rd generation's group to taste the guesses ⑤. The one I've been interested in since its release, but was a little hesitant because of its price of 2,400 yen. It's delicious with a sweet apple flavor, but I don't think it tastes much different from the cheaper Kouji 🤔. I had my doubts but decided not to buy it this time. Shasai no Dawn has been renewed and is now available here. It seems to have been sold to stores that can come to the brewery to pick it up in person as before at Sakasui no Yawn. When I told him that Koshi was the one who got me hooked on sake, he said that the 3rd generation also got hooked on sake from Koshi, and that maybe our senses are similar.

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting group to taste the guesses (4) I drank this in the past, but it seems to have been renewed after a change of toji (master brewer). The rice seems to have been changed from Snow Goddess to Dewa Sanbai. I think it is much drier and more food-friendly than the one I had in the past. We were talking about how it tastes a bit messy, or a bit flamboyant, and how it wouldn't go well in Kyoto's ryotei restaurants😅. Personally, I liked the old one better because it was sweeter 🤔.

Tomekawa 3rd generation's group to taste the guesses (iii) Urasato Usunigori 1st lot, which many of you may have had before A little bit bubbly and powdery ❄. It was delicious again this year 😋. The third and fourth photos are of the smoked entrée set for an extra 500 yen! TE kara TE, a restaurant in Kumatori that accepts only two reservations per day, prepared this special item for us! I heard that only smoked olives are usually available, so I was glad I could try them 😋. Everything was delicious, but the oily, juicy taste of the olives and the smoky aroma combined with the sake was superb 😋.

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party to taste the guesses (2) Urasato Sake Brewery is well-known as Tomegawa Sake Brewery. The reason I started going to this liquor store is because they started selling Urasato Sake Brewery's sake. This is Urasato Sake Brewery's excellent sake! This sake has won 4 different awards 😳! Polishing ratio 40%, list price 6600 yen 😳. You can really get the sense that this is the pinnacle of this brewery! The taste is similar to the other Kirizukuba and Urasato, but with a refined and elegant taste 😋. High-end Muscat? Fine Muscat? The third one is a love letter from Chikara 😁. She wrote what kind of prize she won and what kind of sake it is! The fourth one is from the owner.

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party to taste the guesses ①. An event by Tomegawa Sake Shop, a.k.a. Crazy Salad Pavilion An irregular event held under the title of "Sake and Otsumami Chuin Kishiwada" with the official approval of Sake and Otsumami Chuin Shinmachi Store in Osaka City. I hadn't been to Tomegawa since I went there with Uma-san around Setsubun time, and I wanted to go there soon, so I joined the event 😁. I like the loose atmosphere of the events here at this store. Set of 10 sized sakes for 3,500 yen. Additional drinks, even expensive ones, are a flat 300 yen 😁. I was surprised that they copied the "chuin system" in every detail! We started with the expensive sake and had a bottle of Harushika's high quality sake 😳! Price: 5200 yen 😳 It has a 35% rice polishing ratio and is stored at a low temperature in the brewery! It tasted gorgeous, beautiful, and good sake. Most sake in this line are light and dry, but this one is sweet! It was a reservation-only event, but during the early hours, it was just me and a lady, so we were able to drink slowly!

Good evening, bouken😄. Kishiwada chuin, you are drunk. ☺️ The event is officially sanctioned by the original CHUIN, so even the logo designed by Mr. Kawada's wife is a perfect copy 😁. The costuming is also the same as the original, and what a luxury 🤤 to have a Harushika tobira from the very beginning!

Good evening, Mr. Aladdin. There were a variety of sake cups available, but I was allowed to drink from a usuhari glass. 🍸️ I could feel the goodness of the relationship when I heard the episode of drinking together at Kawada-san's parents' house on New Year's Day 😊.

Sake purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka the Crazy Salad Pavilion. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui from Ehime. It is fresh and gassy. The overall impression is dry, but as the brewer and the liquor store say, it has a strawberry-like flavor. Once again, the sweetness is moderate.

I bought it because of its good reputation 😁. I bought it at Tomegawa Sake Brewery, a crazy salad shop that sold out at the end of the year and gave up but restocked. It was more gassy and shwashy than I expected. It has a slightly sweet and soft taste. I got the impression that it ends with a trace of bitterness 😋. I think I know what you mean when you say it tastes like a sports drink 🤔.

It doesn't say it, but it's an active raw sake, and I bought a two-year-old sake at half price. It didn't spurt because of the hole in the stopper😅. I'm not sure if it has changed in 2 years, but it has a unique and interesting taste. It's like an orchid without the graininess and complexity 😁. I think Kamikai is also a treasure trove of weird sake 🤔.

Good evening, bouken😄. I see you've already had a drink! I'm glad it didn't explode😅 If you remove the graininess and complexity from orchid sake... I guess what's left is sourness 🙄 2 years seems to be a big deal for active raw sake, maybe it's the original taste 😅.

This sake is a collaboration between Mr. Shimada, the brewer of Senrikyu, and two sake shops. This is the last one. Not only this sake, but also the sake brewed by Mr. Shimada himself is said to be sold out due to the brewery's circumstances. I was not able to buy the draft version of this sake, but I was lucky enough to buy the fire-aged version, which was the last of three bottles when I went to the tasting 💦. Made with Osaka-grown Yamadanishiki. It has a very firm sweetness and acidity. It tastes fresh and fruit-like, not too much like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. It's a shame that this is the last bottle of Shimada-san's sake, as they are all very tasty. I don't want to go into details, but I don't think I will ever drink Senrikyu again.

The toji, Chikara-san, said this was the best sake of the season. The taste is sweet and expansive, with a sense of fullness. It is light all the way through. It is banana-like. The bitterness lingers moderately as an aftertaste. The label is very Tsukuba-like. I think it tastes sweeter on the second day than freshly opened.

This was the best sake at the Tomekawa Sake Shop tasting. So I brought it home with me. I was told at the time of purchase that the rice was Hananishiki. It is as rich as it says, with a mild and gentle sweetness. I tried cold and warmed sake at the tasting, and it doesn't fall apart at any temperature. I prefer it at room temperature, but I think it is a versatile type of sake. I drink it at room temperature without refrigeration, which is rare for me.
