Sake purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka Salad Pavilion. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui from Ehime. It is fresh and gassy. The overall impression is dry, but as the brewer and the liquor store say, it has a strawberry-like flavor. Once again, the sweetness is moderate.

I bought it because of its good reputation 😁. I bought it at Tomegawa Sake Brewery, a crazy salad shop that sold out at the end of the year and gave up but restocked. It was more gassy and shwashy than I expected. It has a slightly sweet and soft taste. I got the impression that it ends with a trace of bitterness 😋. I think I know what you mean when you say it tastes like a sports drink 🤔.

Good evening, bouken. Your reputation has me curious lately too 😰. I'm interested in sports drinks 😁. I can't get to the crazy salad hall, but if you know of any stores around Kyoto that carry it, please let me know 😁.

Good evening, bouken 😃The Urasato Light Nigori, 2nd lot in March, is actually a different sake with the same ingredients and blend but a different sake design 😳. I also tasted the Urasato Junmai Ginjo Hitanishiki the other day and was impressed after a long time 🍶.

Aladdin, good evening 😃. I'm also interested in the 2nd lot 🤔 I was recommended to try the Hitachi Nishiki when I visited, but I've had it in the past and decided to pass on it this time 😅. Umaisan bought it 😊.

It doesn't say it, but it's an active raw sake, and I bought a two-year-old sake at half price. It didn't spurt because of the hole in the stopper😅. I'm not sure if it has changed in 2 years, but it has a unique and interesting taste. It's like an orchid without the graininess and complexity 😁. I think Kamikai is also a treasure trove of weird sake 🤔.

Good evening, bouken😄. I see you've already had a drink! I'm glad it didn't explode😅 If you remove the graininess and complexity from orchid sake... I guess what's left is sourness 🙄 2 years seems to be a big deal for active raw sake, maybe it's the original taste 😅.
Japanese>English

Good morning Aladdin 😃. It was indeed a sweet and sour drink 😋. I sometimes get pickle-like nuances in low-alcohol sparkling drinks, so maybe it's the original 😅.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃. Nabekanmuri is low al and 300ml so I recommend it for a quick drink👍The water yeast here is delicious 😋I'm also interested in the succinic acid that Nemuchi-san was drinking 🤔It's coming to Hanshin so it's noteworthy

This sake is a collaboration between Mr. Shimada, the brewer of Senrikyu, and two sake shops. This is the last one. Not only this sake, but also the sake brewed by Mr. Shimada himself is said to be sold out due to the brewery's circumstances. I was not able to buy the draft version of this sake, but I was lucky enough to buy the fire-aged version, which was the last of three bottles when I went to the tasting 💦. Made with Osaka-grown Yamadanishiki. It has a very firm sweetness and acidity. It tastes fresh and fruit-like, not too much like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. It's a shame that this is the last bottle of Shimada-san's sake, as they are all very tasty. I don't want to go into details, but I don't think I will ever drink Senrikyu again.

The toji, Chikara-san, said this was the best sake of the season. The taste is sweet and expansive, with a sense of fullness. It is light all the way through. It is banana-like. The bitterness lingers moderately as an aftertaste. The label is very Tsukuba-like. I think it tastes sweeter on the second day than freshly opened.

This was the best sake at the Tomekawa Sake Shop tasting. So I brought it home with me. I was told at the time of purchase that the rice was Hananishiki. It is as rich as it says, with a mild and gentle sweetness. I tried cold and warmed sake at the tasting, and it doesn't fall apart at any temperature. I prefer it at room temperature, but I think it is a versatile type of sake. I drink it at room temperature without refrigeration, which is rare for me.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party 10 The sake level is lower than Harushika Super Dry, but the pungency is sharp. It doesn't have the sharpness of Harushika, so the spiciness seems to be intervening all the time, which I personally don't like.... We arrived before 3:00 p.m. and realized it was 6:00 p.m. 😳. The owner gave me a lift to the nearest station 🚗. It's about a 10 minute walk but we got there in a couple of minutes🤣. Thank you so much 🙇. I also bought a bottle of Changlong rice lager. It was fruity and delicious 😋. I just took a picture, I didn't drink it at the station 🙄.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting ⑨. Calm and beautifully dry? I guess this is also suitable for warming up. I've never had it myself, so I don't know about it, but it seems to be a different type from the usual Minami. I heard that Dewa Tsannyu is fruity and dry. They change the yeast used for Shiboritate. I wrote that I've had Dewa Sanzu namaishu in the past 💦It does say dry and fruity 😅. I was wondering why people in Kochi drink so much sake? I was wondering why people in Kochi drink so much sake, and he said it's because it goes well with fish. I thought I'd like to try it with bonito tataki. There was no rush of customers for the sake tasting, and the atmosphere was like a relaxed corner bar from start to finish 😁.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party 8 Super-harsh matured medium-bodied raw sake It is not so spicy for its alcohol content and has a good sharpness. I don't like to buy it, but I don't dislike it. I also drank Junmai Namaisake from Uraharu Shika. I've had it in the past and it's consistently good.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (7) There were a total of six paid tastings, but from this point on, the owner kindly allowed us to try several others. The photo shows R3BY, but I was allowed to taste a sample of R4BY before its release. It was very sweet and clean, and faded out quickly. I was surprised at how delicious it was. Urasato is also a good choice.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Party (6) When served cold, it tastes full of umami and thick. The acidity is impressive. Heating it up makes it more like a heated sake that can be enjoyed by everyone. Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (5) Sawanoi, which is not usually drunk very often. When drunk cold, you can feel the sense of maturity rather well. When heated, the sense of maturity disappears and the sake becomes flat and easy to drink. While drinking this sake, the owner asked me what I thought of the aged aroma. We had a lot of discussion about it while drinking this sake.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting Event (4) The one I liked the most at this tasting. The rice is Hananishiki, Kumamoto's original sake rice. It is not bad whether it is drunk cold, chilled or heated. I like its firm sweetness. It's not tiring to drink, but it's gentle and goes in all the time. I bought this one 😁.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting (2) This is the first time for me to taste Hiyayogoshi from Yukino Kayasha. I think the rice was Akita Sake Komachi. When drunk cold, it has a fruity taste that is typical of Snow Kayasha. It is not too sweet, but everything is just right. When heated up, it turns out to be quite good. The flamboyance is withdrawn and it has the atmosphere of a heated sake. Interesting. I heated it up to about 55 degrees Celsius and enjoyed the change from there.

Tomekawa Sake Shop Tasting (1) I went to a paid tasting by Tomegawa Sake Brewery, aka Kishiwada's crazy salad house. Last time I arrived a little early and was the first one to arrive, but this time I was late and it was almost an hour later and I was still the first one to arrive 🤣. This time, too, it was not a liquor store's choice, but a wholesaler's salesman's selection. Last time it was summer sake and this time it was hiyaoroshi. I felt like I came here to meet him rather than to see the sake lineup! I left the order of drinking to him. There were 6 different kinds of sake, and I tried all of them both cold and hot! The first was Choryu hiyaoroshi. It was beautiful chilled and didn't have much of a hiyaoroshi feel. When heated up, the sweetness and cleanness were pulled back, which was surprising.

This is the third experimental brew. It is a low-alcohol, raw sake with a light taste but with a firm sweetness and drinkability. It has a light taste, but it is very sweet and drinkable. It has some unique nuances. It also has a slight greefiness. As Manachie said, it has a spodriness in the second half. It's definitely better than Prototype 02. As Rigel said, it doesn't lose its quality even if you drink it on the rocks. I'll have to try it with ICE BOX!

The drink is limited to 5 stores nationwide. One of the 5 stores is called Salad Pavilion 🤣. I was curious about the Fog that Rigel was drinking, but was afraid to open it because of the crown, so I bought this one. It's very fizzy and you have to be careful not to open the bottle. It's like a lemon sour with just the right amount of sweetness and dryness for a hot summer day. This is another one that you have to be careful not to drink too much of. It is better to finish it by the end of the day. The taste change is quite intense.

The red label, which has been in the lineup for some time, was made with Yamadanishiki produced in Higashiosaka under the supervision of Tetsuji Shampoo Hat (only Kansai people would understand this 🙄 ), but this green label uses Yamadanishiki from Hineno, Izumisano City, where the brewery is located. Unlike the dry red label, this one is said to be sweet. It is fruity and light, with a gentle but not overpowering sweetness. There is a slight spiciness at the end. Although it is a pure sake, it is not heavy and easy to drink. I think this may be my favorite of all the Shounosato sakes I've had so far.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a CWS in Valor😳. I'm buying the jackets 😋. Slightly slightly effervescent. Melon-like taste. A refreshing bitterness that is crisp and snappy. Not as modern as the label suggests. A bit like a classic melon soda? The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes.
