When drunk cold, you can feel the sense of maturity rather well.
When heated, the sense of maturity disappears and the sake becomes flat and easy to drink.
While drinking this sake, the owner asked me what I thought of the aged aroma. We had a lot of discussion about it while drinking this sake.
