Cold sake.
Light and gorgeous aroma.
It has a smooth and calm taste. It has a complex taste with an orikarami-like acidity and a mature hiyaoroshi-like flavor. The aftertaste is normal.
We were told that it is also delicious hot, so we served it hot.
The aroma is calm and yet gorgeous.
The richness of the aroma spreads gradually in the mouth. The sharpness is sharper than the cold sake.
It has a fresh taste, not like a hot sake, but rather a robust yet mellow sake.
Personally, I prefer it hot. It goes well with fatty fish and somewhat strong dishes.

Sairai, a sake from Saitama that is becoming popular now. Purchased because I saw it for the first time.
The rarity is quite high.
Cold sake.
Slight citrus aroma.
It has a gassy, sour and sweet taste, but gradually develops an earthy, peculiar bitterness. It is similar to Abe-like sake.
There is no sharpness, and the lingering taste is rather long.
As the name of the constellation Altair suggests, we drank it by itself on the balcony. It is drinkable without the entrée, but I think I will get drunk...,, even for beginners.
Even sake beginners can enjoy it. It has a taste that people who like Abe, Kaze no Mori, and Toyo Bijin will like. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
This was my first visit to this liquor store, which seems to be an authorized distributor of Shinmasa and other sake brands in Fukuoka. They also had Kuroryu, Nabeshima, Mutsu Hachisen, Yuzuru, Keiraku, Tensei, and others. They also had Sono Kangiku, which is very popular right now, so I definitely want to buy some next time I visit.

MAJI bought it as a souvenir for the chairman of the board, who loves rice wine, but I wanted it for myself too, so I got it on stocking day.
I was thinking of drinking the Kouei Kiku, but I decided to taste it before handing it over tomorrow, so I opened a bottle.
The aroma is sweet and fruity, like bananas.
The smooth mouthfeel overflows with moderate acidity and a moist sweet umami flavor 😋.
While the sweetness is still on the tongue, the bitterness appears and breaks off, inviting you to the next cup.
You will never get tired of drinking this deep flavor 😆.
