Cold sake
Slightly fruity aroma, maybe a bit reserved for Nabeshima.
The gasiness is very strong.
A wide range of rice flavor and concentrated acidity spreads from the mid-palate.
This range may be due to the blending of various junmai ginjo varieties.
Personally, I think it has a strong Omachi element.
