The 8th cup is here, Tosa sake after a long time😊.
But...
I've been drinking for a while now.
I guess I was too drunk 😅.
I'm not sure if it's a reaction to missing out on the online drinking party 😁.
But the note was miraculously left behind ✌️.
This is a new sake brewed with Hassan Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Fresh, juicy, and of course, maintains the golden ratio of sweet, umami, and bitter with a touch of sharpness❗️
In short, it is a good balanced sake🤗.
