Banana-muscat aroma. In the mouth, the fruity banana-muscat flavor is mixed with rice and acidity in a complex manner. It is mellow and full-bodied. The finish is full with a lingering aftertaste. The alcohol is not strong, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It is more fruity and refreshing than Ilya Thornton and easy to drink.

Back to the daily routine 🤣🤣. I saw a comment about "Yamagata Masamune Sake Mirai" super yummy 🤣🤣 back in March or so, so I bought it because I remembered it so intensely 🤣🤣. It's very fragrant 🤤🤤🤤. It still tastes like a sake future 🤣🤣 I can tell even blind 🤣🤣🤣 Stop comparing it to fruit already, let's call it sake future flavor 🤣🤣🤣 It wasn't just sweet, it had depth 🤔

If I find a Kamo Nishiki I've never had, I'll buy it 😊 Short Culm Watarifune - ‼️I learned to read "Tankan Watarifune" from MAJ's post 😅. This aroma 😌I can feel the deliciousness from Kamo Nishiki's unique aroma 😆 Even though it's bottle-fired, it's shuwa 💕Bitter, then sweet, then sour, in that order, spreading in my mouth. The bitterness is strong. It's also delicious 😋. I wonder if there is a bitterness in it 🙄.

Banana aroma. Tastes like white wine and banana sweetness while exiting with a lactic acidity. Long finish. Pair with chocolate. Obuse Winery makes a small amount of this sake when they do not make wine. The cork-filled, vertical form of this sake makes it almost like wine.

Green apple juice. Apple aroma. It cuts through with a refreshing taste of green apple and acidity. Juicy. When the temperature rises, the aroma of the wooden vat can be felt and it is even more delicious. This is a limited edition sake brewed with 55% koji and 60% kake. Delicious!

Pitchy. Slightly herbaceous aroma. The rice is made with pesticide-free rice, nama-moto, brewer's yeast with no yeast added, and a rice polishing ratio of 90% or higher. This sake reminded me once again that polished rice does not necessarily make it tasty.

Kouei Chrysanthemum has finally started to have a batch of under $2,000 series from a price range that looks like it will cost $3,000 🤣🤣. Thank you 🤣🤣 I would love to drink it, but I couldn't afford Omachi or Gekko 🤕. Scared of the price 🤕. Shikaaashi ！！！！ 🤣 It's still too good to be true and I will complete the whole collection next year 🤣🤣🤣 It starts with a fresh citrus acidity and exits with a citrus astringency 🤣🤣. That's outrageous 🤣🤣🤣 Another one! Another one! 🤤 I'm going to run out 🤣🤣 It was a deciding factor 🤣. Aster kinugasa (species of flowering plant) I'll follow it 🤭. Next time, twilight orange is coming up 🤣.

Fruity aroma like lychee. Sweet and sour taste. Refreshing. It cuts off without a lingering aftertaste. This may be the first time for me to drink a sake that has a good cut-off after the first acidity and fruity taste. Delicious!

I was curious about the sake 🍶 in the Sake Wawa post. I found the Tomita Brewery version 👏. In anticipation of the official release of Nichinichi, Mr. Hidehiko Matsumoto released a sake titled "Musha Shugyo," which he made while traveling around the country training at sake breweries. We have nothing but high expectations😊. Mild aroma. Refreshingly gassy, tangy and pleasant 😋 taste ✨. Day 2, oh? Increased acidity? As the wine reached room temperature, the sweetness of the rice started to show its face again. And then it was empty 😆.

I thought 🌸 would be in full bloom, but it's falling apart 🤣. Then let these cherry blossoms fall! 🤣 Moderate sweetness and clean acidity makes it very easy to drink 🤣🤣. Too easy to drink🤤🤤🤤. I notice I have about a cup left 🤣. It's delicious and tasty 🤣🤣 In the end, I finished all four gongs in an hour 🤣🤣💦. I'm looking forward to the summer beetles 🤣🤣🤣 I'll pass on the ARROWS collaboration 🤣 because it's too expensive 🤣.

This sake is also the second bottle of March's hanpukai‼️. My bad, I thought I had drunk it before. It's so delicious 🥸. The last time I drank it, it smelled strongly of alcohol, hmm? I was thinking, "What a great aroma of rice 🤗 This time, it was fruity from the first day the bottle was opened. On day 2, I'm sensing melon🍈! It's sweet enough to go with a meal, so it's not cloying. The rice flavor is so strong! I never knew Junmai sake could taste this good 😚. And it just so happens that the recommended sake is Collage 😉.
