Melon aroma. Melon on the palate, with a slight schwashiness. It is quick to cut and does not interfere with the flavor of the food. When eaten with burikatsu (yellowtail cutlet), it is even more delicious with a hint of acidity.

Actually, I wanted to buy Aishu Cream.
I was aiming for it because I was aware that "Hiran" is a popular sweet and gorgeous type of sake.
But what I found on the shelf was a super dry sake.
No, indeed. I knew it was on sale.
The label also says that it is the first dry sake, so I probably can't say I've ever had a bottle of Tobiran before.
I was worried about it for a while, and finally bought it.
Opened the bottle.
It's delicious.
It's a dry sake that doesn't have a strong taste.
If you like dry sake, you will not be able to resist it.
It goes well with sashimi.
The weak sweetness that was hidden was a glimpse of regular.
Next time, I'll definitely buy a bottle of Hiran's staple.

Ginjo aroma. The palate is full of rice flavor. It has a muscat flavor and is sharp. More fruity than the black label.
Purchased as part of a birthday month project. This sake was still available even though I was near the end of the purchase order in a line of about 80 pairs.
Banana-muscat aroma. In the mouth, the fruity banana-muscat flavor is mixed with rice and acidity in a complex manner. It is mellow and full-bodied. The finish is full with a lingering aftertaste.
The alcohol is not strong, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It is more fruity and refreshing than Ilya Thornton and easy to drink.

Mild ginjo aroma. Fresh and fruity mouthfeel like green apple and muscat. The acidity can be felt slowly. Well-balanced sake. It is a sake that should be kept as a regular sake because of its good cost performance.
Citrus aroma. The refreshing tangerine-like acidity is felt on the palate as it passes through. Kouei Kiku, each series has an interesting concept, but the unique acidity that I love is present in every series, making it a fun sake to drink!

This aroma 😌I can feel the deliciousness from Kamo Nishiki's unique aroma 😆 Even though it's bottle-fired, it's shuwa 💕Bitter, then sweet, then sour, in that order, spreading in my mouth. The bitterness is strong. It's also delicious 😋.

Banana aroma. Tastes like white wine and banana sweetness while exiting with a lactic acidity. Long finish. Pair with chocolate.
Obuse Winery makes a small amount of this sake when they do not make wine. The cork-filled, vertical form of this sake makes it almost like wine.
Green apple juice.
Apple aroma. It cuts through with a refreshing taste of green apple and acidity. Juicy. When the temperature rises, the aroma of the wooden vat can be felt and it is even more delicious.
This is a limited edition sake brewed with 55% koji and 60% kake. Delicious!
Pitchy. Slightly herbaceous aroma. The rice is made with pesticide-free rice, nama-moto, brewer's yeast with no yeast added, and a rice polishing ratio of 90% or higher. This sake reminded me once again that polished rice does not necessarily make it tasty.
Ginjo aroma. Muscat on the palate. Strong gasiness. Finishes with strong acidity. Koei-Kiku is easy to drink, has a full body, and is a delicious sake that harmonizes well with the flavors of food.
Kouei Chrysanthemum has finally started to have a batch of under $2,000 series from a price range that looks like it will cost $3,000 🤣🤣.
