The brown sugar shochu called Ryugu that I bought with it was also delicious😊.

The aroma is strong and core with a strong umami, but the aroma is still very clear on the tongue and in the nose.
After a slight bitterness, the umami lingers on the palate.
The sweetness of the special junmai is more easily sensed.
It is perfect as a food sake.
