Sweet and spicy is sweet ‼️
Strong gasiness. The bitter taste is balanced by the sweetness with a strong bitterness, and the alcohol content of 16 degrees Celsius makes it very sharp 😋😋😋.
It's sweet, but the sake goes down a treat.
It is good at room temperature to lukewarm with increased flavor and aroma.
After the gas is removed, the sweetness and umami increase, but the bitterness also increases and the good balance is not lost👍.

Recently, many of my friends who are familiar with power spots went to "Koami Shrine" ⛩, which is said to be the god of luck! It is said that this shrine miraculously did not burn down during the Tokyo Air Raid, which is why it is called the God of Luck ✨In fact, last week I went there on a Sunday and was told that there was a 2 hour wait to visit the shrine, so I left in tears, but I couldn't give up after all and went there on a weekday ✌️

I've been drinking Miyakanbai well this year 😊.
It's a nigori (cloudy) sake, but it's only lightly cloudy compared to Sogen's cloudy sake.
This sake is also my favorite slightly sparkling sake, but with quite a strong carbonation 🫧Sip and sip 😌Slightly sweet, with a bitter aftertaste, the balance is great ❣️

I tried to go to Costco this afternoon but there was a traffic jam at Costco😭It would take an hour to get in line from here... 😩I decided not to go to Costco ⤵️I bought a bunch of snacks at the local drugstore and came home 😅

I've learned how delicious Azuma Tsuru is through the hanpukai before, so I bought it without hesitation😊I love the aroma of the barrel❣️I can feel the tangy texture in my mouth 😋😋 I can also feel the alcohol with a bang. I also like the refreshing banana⁉️I still like it. Azuma Tsuru👍
