When I try it, I don't feel pineapple as much as I thought I would. There is a faint pineapple taste. The first day of opening the bottle, the gasiness is delicious 😋 It has sweetness, but the gasiness makes me feel refreshed ‼️.

I️ think the tingling on my tongue is weaker than the last time I drank it, but it still tastes great 😚. But the taste is still delicious 😌The balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness is exquisite. It's a brewed sake but it's fruity like a Japanese pear❣️It's been a week since I opened the bottle and it still makes a nice sound when I open it 😊.

When drunk on its own, it has an aroma and acidity that is typical of Yamahai.
When paired with fried bean curd, it is delicious!
The sourness mellows out and you can even taste the fruity flavor of melon😋.

Modern Yamahai? Well, maybe I don't like Yamahai... I thought and took a sip. It's delicious ‼️I like this❣️The gasiness with a slight tanginess underneath. It's juicy and juicy, but not too sweet and goes well with meals 😊The acidity isn't too strong either. Seriously delicious 😋.

Hanpukai July Sake
This is another sake that I opened before the off-line meeting and had a tipple. You can tell it's more fruity than last year ‼️I can feel the lychee 😌 It's not too sweet and goes well with food, and it's also good to drink by itself👍

July's hanpukai sake (1)
This sake was so good last year that I decided to drink it again this year.
It just so happened that this hanpukai was this packaged sake, so I was very happy at the store 🙌.
A nice sound ✨Great aroma unique to Kamo Nishiki 😌I tried it and found sweetness and bitterness ❣️But... not as impressive as last year... maybe my taste buds have become more discerning⁉️.
I️ understand why takeshon recommends to cool it down and drink it straight from the bottle.
