I've only had fox label outside in the past, but this is my first time drinking it at home. There aren't many liquor stores that carry it. According to the official website, the rice is Yamadanishiki and Akebono. The sake degree is +4. There is a trace of sweetness, but both sweetness and spiciness are moderate. There is quite a bit of acidity. The freshness and general atmosphere of this sake is like THE sake in the raw state. Is it a food sake? I realized after I bought it that it was the first sake Nemuchi-san drank at the Ogimachi Park event 😊. When I drank it again, it has a tangy aroma and nuances like blue grass. Seems pretty spicy... If you drink it near room temperature, the blue and sweetness are emphasized, but it also has a strong alu feel to it. After a week or so, it gets sweeter, but there's always some nuance that I don't like.

Good evening bouken 🌛I drank it at the beginning of the event and it didn't have much of an impact on me, so I would like to drink it well at home 😊.

Good evening, Nemuchi 😃. Maybe because Maniwa and Mimasaka are adjacent to each other, I felt a little similar atmosphere to Taisho's crane 🤔I heard it was +4 but I felt it was more dry 😅.

It seems to be an irregularly created sake released as an extra edition because the acidity level of the sake brewed as "Saika" became extremely high. It is said to be triple fermented with wild yeast, lactic acid fermentation, and association yeast. It tastes like white wine because it has an acidity of 8. The aroma is also wine-like. It also tastes a little like a lactic acid drink. It has sharp specs, but it is easier to drink than expected. By the way, the sake level is -8. I think it is a strange sake in terms of its specifications, but it is easy to drink without any peculiarities. I'm glad I bought it right away because it seems to have sold out early at the liquor store that got it in stock 😊. I haven't tried it, but the liquor store said on social media that they recommend drinking it with tonic. I drank it again after 3 days and the top notes are like vinegar! Is it the type that gets more kinky as time goes by? I'm not sure 🤔

At first I didn't recognize Tenmei when I saw the label. It is sweet and sour and has a nice aroma. On a day when cherry blossoms are in full bloom, this is a drink that makes you feel spring.

Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ⑨ Shozuki is the first time Shouetsu the first silver of the second month of the year ah no, no, no🎵 Shizuoka Shisuiwaka Aiyama🎵 Labels difficult to photograph💦. Rounded on the palate. It's gorgeous and sweet, but basically mild and more suited for eating than on its own. The first day I thought it was a bit too sweet, but I think it has a perfect balance of apple-like fruity sweetness and sake-like character. I heard there is also a draft of this, so I'd like to try it 😋.

Aiyama❤️ I can tell from your impressions that it is extremely delicious 😋It's called Aiyama by Kaiun, and Shizuoka seems to have a high level of Aiyama sake, even if there are only a few varieties!

Ane-san Aiyamama❤ The direction of the flavor may be close to that of Kaiun's Aizan 🤔. I wonder if it's the influence of Shizuoka yeast? In Shizuoka, Garyubai and Aoi Tenshita also produce Aizan, so if you see it, please try it 🤗.

The one I've been wondering about for a while. I thought it would be just a light mist, but I was surprised that it came out quite well. It's not too sweet and it's dry. It's like a cider 🍎🥂.

Outside drinking. Ekimarche Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop. 100% Yamada Nishiki I'm not a fan of Yamahai, Akishika, Osaka's representative sake: ❗️ I thought I had to try it, so I ordered it 😤. The smell is a combination of sweet and sooty. The sooty smell is unique and interesting. When you put it in your mouth, it is highly carbonated. Super tingling. ⚡️ After the carbonation subsides, the delicious taste of rice spreads. The bitterness comes slowly, and then the alcohol taste sinks in. It is assertive but not unpleasant at all, and the drink is very satisfying. I thought this sake might go well with grilled octopus... 🐙. It is a head-on sake with no sweetness at all 🍶.

Outside drinking. Ekimarche Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop. The waitress said that this year's product was good. 100% Yamadanishiki The color is pale yellow. Smell is sweet and gentle. ☺️ The mouthfeel is round and smooth. The sweetness is slightly strong and grapefruit-like. As you drink it, sourness appears and you can enjoy the change of taste. There is also a hint of sweetness and mellow ginjo aroma 😳. This is what you get when you put all the fun of sake in a bottle. It is a wonderful sake 🍶 ❗️

Outside drinking. Ekimarche Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop. 100% Omachi The color is nigori-ish white. The aroma is clean and sweet. When sipped, it has a slightly strong carbonation and sweetness. The sweetness is like that of rum. The taste is a bit sharp, but there is no stickiness, and the mouthfeel is clean and straight. Refreshing and easy to drink, and with the appearance of the label, I enjoyed this sake with a spring-like feeling 🍶.
