It feels spicier than Ryusei, but it has the unique taste of Daishichi that I feel every time!
Ohshichi has a unique atmosphere that is different from other sake brewers, but I wonder if it comes from the yeast?
I wonder if I like the freshness, rich umami, and sweetness of the fresh brew better. It's also delicious cold.
