I have the impression that Lutemi likes pine midori.
I thought I've had it before, but it was hiyaoroshi, not akiagari😅
I think the rice is different, Miyamanishiki for Akigari and Omachi for Hiyayoroshi.
They said it tasted mild and didn't seem to interfere with the meal.
Personally, I prefer hiyaoroshi because it's fresher and more fruity.
Akinagari is a little more mature 🤔.
