The first of the new year is my favorite Kudokigake. The liquor store that I go to only has one bottle and rarely has a four-pack, but as soon as I find one, I get it.
It's rather refreshing, but it has a good aroma and flavor.

This year's closing is Asahiyama's Yuku Nen Kuru Nen.
I drink Kubota from time to time, but this is my first time drinking Asahiyama.
The impression is light and dry. I don't think I've drunk anything like this in a long time, but it's nice and crisp. If you don't chill it too much, you may feel it's a little mellow, but I think it's an error.
