It has the freshness of new sake, but with a sweet, yet firm dry feel.
Delicate, not refreshing. It has a pretty solid impression like the name "Black Cow", but it's good.

The first of the new year is my favorite Kudokigake. The liquor store that I go to only has one bottle and rarely has a four-pack, but as soon as I find one, I get it.
It's rather refreshing, but it has a good aroma and flavor.
So, Happy New Year to everyone.
I hope to see you all again this year.
Happy New Year, Gyaban-san!
I'm waiting for the bottle to open in the fridge. I'm waiting for the bottle to open in the fridge. I'm waiting for the bottle to open in the fridge.
Let's drink a lot of good sake this year too👍.

This year's closing is Asahiyama's Yuku Nen Kuru Nen.
I drink Kubota from time to time, but this is my first time drinking Asahiyama.
The impression is light and dry. I don't think I've drunk anything like this in a long time, but it's nice and crisp. If you don't chill it too much, you may feel it's a little mellow, but I think it's an error.
Have a good New Year, everyone!

In order not to drink up the Supin Taichi in one day, I opened the second bottle.
Refreshing and gentle sweetness. It's light to drink, but you can also taste the flavor. It's low alcohol, so I'm sure I'll finish it.

It's very fresh, with quite a bit of acidity and astringency. It's also somewhat sharp and willing. A good one.
I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
I drank the rest on the 2nd. The strong astringency is gone, and the fruity acidity is still there. Overall, it seems to have become rounder.
It is also good.
Good evening, Mr. Gyaban, ⭐️
🎊500‼️Congratulations on your contribution!
I watched a rerun of NHK Professional the other day and it's been a while since I've wanted to drink this 😆This juniginjo is a tepid drink 👍I'm a yodeler 😅.

The last one in the Winter Moon Distribution Group is the Winter Moon, which can't wait until winter.
It has a slightly bitter taste to a mild, aged flavor and a bit of sweetness.
☆☆☆☆☆☆.
Kubota Chitose's autumnal rise. It is refreshing and crisp. It has a mellow impression.
It's 19% undiluted, so it may be dangerous to drink it.
☆☆☆☆☆☆.
Last time it was Yamahai Junmai, so this time it's a Junmai Ginjo.
It's gentle and sweet, but also crisp. It has a clean finish. It's delicious.
☆☆☆☆☆☆.
It's light and gentle in its acidity, while the flavor spreads.
The first drink wasn't completely cold, so I drank it almost cold, but it was delicious.
The flier I received at the brewery said "please enjoy it warmed slowly", so I would like to try it warmed up.
I haven't had it in a long time, but I bought it because I hadn't seen the Yamabai Junmai in a long time and I bought the Yamabai Junmai first, but it seems they also had a Jungin. I want to buy it later.

Renewed MIYASAKA Miyamanishiki. It is delicious. It has a crisp slightly acidic taste and sweetness.
Personally, I like Miyasaka more than Masumi.
I want to drink the Yamada Nishiki version next.

The sparkling wine has a limpid, fine-grained quality. Gorgeous sweetness spreads. It's dry on the palate. The taste is unbearable.
I would like to try the Junmai Daiginjo as well.

It's been a long time since I've been to my hometown, Koten. It's a Daiginjo, so it's a little expensive, but I bought it.
It is easy to drink. It is a refreshing summer drink. It has a sweetness to it that is fruity. If it's in the mid-1,000 yen range, it's possible to buy it, but it's more expensive.
I'd like to drink it chilled to the bone, but the lukewarm heat soon destroys it.
For the locals, sake is so widely known as Takaten, but they rarely have the opportunity to drink anything other than the ordinary sake, Takaten Karakuchi. But there are other good ginjo class sake breweries in Koshu, so...

They say it's a special blend of Kamikimoto's Junmai Daiginjo.
The overall taste is refreshing and clean. It has a gentle acidity and a fruity sweetness that spreads.
The price is also surprisingly low. It was an exciting one that was born out of the Corona Peril.

Kubota's 35th Anniversary Sake. It is Manju. It is good. My favorite liquor store is a special distributor, so I bought it at a fixed price, but it is expensive. And it is delicious. At the end, you can feel a clean and sharp taste.
I think it is a different kind of sake from the 30th anniversary one.
It has been a long time since Kubota was brewed and Manju is not easy to drink, so it is difficult to compare it with the usual one. It's a waste of a bottle to drink on a regular basis.
