I saw Mizuo's nigori sake, so I bought some. It says to be careful when opening the bottle, but I made the mistake of not reading the warning carefully.
It says that it takes about 40 minutes to open the bottle. It took me about 40 minutes.
When you pour it in, it looks like sweet sake, but you can feel the sharpness that is typical of Mizuo, not unlike nigorishu. It's dry. And of course, it's sizzling.
It's not for those who want to drink it quickly, but there is a deliciousness to it that comes from being rushed.
