It is completely spring weather, but it is the month of winter. I didn't sign up for the hanpukai this year, but I bought it because it was in the store.
It is fresh, a little sour and bitter, and the latter half is sweet. It's not too sweet, and it's easy to drink.

The label for last January's Hanpukai was also very nice.
This is also a Junmai Daiginjo made with Hakuto yeast, and it is easy to drink with a clean sweet taste. I think it is a different direction from Winter Moon which has a matured feeling.
