The brand which I saw for the first time in a liquor store. I bought it because it seemed to be rare in Shimane.
It is refreshing. It is easy to drink.
It has a dry aftertaste, but it doesn't feel too harsh because it's so clean.
The sweetness that is typical of Junmai is moderate. I think it's delicious.
