It is a rare 300ml. today with the remainder of Masumi Arabashiri of the week before last and this.
Compared to the Masumi Arabashiri, it has a distinctly different light and refreshing feel. The dryness is slightly blurred by the crispness.
I just took it out of the fridge and it's too cold, so I'll have to wait and see.

I saw Mizuo's nigori sake, so I bought some. It says to be careful when opening the bottle, but I made the mistake of not reading the warning carefully.
It says that it takes about 40 minutes to open the bottle. It took me about 40 minutes.

I bought some extra Daisekkei for heating sake.
Matsumoto has a lot of Daisekkei for heated sake, but I live in Suwa and drink Koten or Honkin, so I don't drink it often.
I let it sit and it got hot, so I started with a hot sake.
