☆☆☆☆☆ We traveled to Kagoshima, so we had a lot of potato shochu. The sake which we feel after a long time is a local sake "Arabashiri" made by Masumi. We drink it with the Satsuma Kiriko which we bought as a souvenir. It has a fresh sour taste and a sweet taste like Masumi. The aftertaste is a bit choppy and rather strong. It's the kind of sake that goes down easily.

☆☆☆☆☆ We will start this year's Hiyaoroshi with Yuki no Kayasha. I was not sure if it was Jun Gin or Yamahai Junmai. It's as good as ever. It has a refreshing acidity and a spreading umami. And yet, it's also rather robust. It's a good season to drink sake. I'm getting a vaccination tomorrow, but will it be okay if I drink alcohol?

☆☆☆☆☆ This is the second bottle because it's not enough. The concept is to heat it up. I've had it cold for now, but it's definitely suitable for heating. I'll try warming it later. But it's not bad with cold sake either. It's probably better warmed. I drank it warmed up, and it was good. I'm not sure if it's good for mid-summer, but it's perfect for tonight when it's chilly.

☆☆☆☆☆ Mikotsuru got the best in the world. Was it Yamae Nishiki that became the best? This is Kinmon Nishiki. No, it's really delicious. I'm not worried about them taking over the management, but I hope they don't get as much attention as before and go in a strange direction. It's kind of nice to have such a good sake in the local area.

☆☆☆☆☆ Mikotsuru sparring saké. It's sour and dry, but the lees are thick and creamy. The balance between acidity and sweetness is also good. The famous sake from outside of the prefecture is good, but in these times, we should drink a lot of local sake too. In any case, Kinmon Nishiki is delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ It is said that this is the first Yamahai in decades for Honkin. It is a natural lactic acid drink, not the so-called gut-wrenching Yamahai unfiltered raw sake. It's the result of a serious challenge by Honkin. As you drink it, it has a moderate sourness. It is delicious. It is also served with a sake cup and a Hagiyaki sake cup which is rarely served.

☆☆☆☆☆ I bought it because there was sake of Kumamoto unusually. The taste is refreshing and gentle. It is the sake which is suitable for the name of the cooler as it is said, "Please enjoy it chilled. When it gets a little warmer, it becomes a little more mellow. It has no habits, and I like this kind of summer sake better than the ones that are too acidic or fresh. I had a Kirinzan chocolate inoguchi, so I used it.

☆☆☆☆☆ I saw Mizuo's nigori sake, so I bought some. It says to be careful when opening the bottle, but I made the mistake of not reading the warning carefully. It says that it takes about 40 minutes to open the bottle. It took me about 40 minutes. When you pour it in, it looks like sweet sake, but you can feel the sharpness that is typical of Mizuo, not unlike nigorishu. It's dry. And of course, it's sizzling. It's not for those who want to drink it quickly, but there is a deliciousness to it that comes from being rushed.

It has a dry aftertaste, but it doesn't feel too harsh because it's so clean. The sweetness that is typical of Junmai is moderate. I think it's delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ I bought some extra Daisekkei for heating sake. Matsumoto has a lot of Daisekkei for heated sake, but I live in Suwa and drink Koten or Honkin, so I don't drink it often. I let it sit and it got hot, so I started with a hot sake. As the old lady at the sake shop said, it's sweeter than Takaten or Honkin. It's dry and crisp when served cold, and it still feels dry when warmed, but maybe it's because it's a different sake, but it doesn't feel dry. It is rather sweet.
