Stable Mikotsuru. The fruity and rich flavor of Mikotsuru matches well with the light and refreshing flavor of Gohyakumangoku. Slightly gassy.
Good to drink on a hot day.
By the way, we will drink at home even though it is Sunday because we have a vacation tomorrow.
My hometown seems to be in the middle of the excitement of the Omihashira Festival right now. I don't know what's going on, since I'm not involved in any of it 😥.
I don't know what's going on in my hometown, but I'm not involved in it at all ἥ.
So, at least I'll have some locally brewed sake. It's a local sake, but it doesn't feel local to me. I bought it even though it was a little expensive, because I thought it was the first time to drink Takane-nishiki.
It has a rich aroma, a strong umami flavor, and a spreading sweetness. The slightly sour taste mixed with bitterness is also typical of Toyokan.
It is delicious.
I haven't tasted Koshino Kanmei, maybe since I tasted the kawafuru when it was first released at a liquor store event? I don't think I had a particularly good impression of it then, but...
Now, Lagoon. 19 degrees Celsius high al. I had it on the rocks.
Clear, crisp and dry feeling. Yet, the rich umami flavor can be felt. It is clear and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is clean, so I think it is a sake that can be drunk rather easily.
However, the alcohol feeling was so strong toward the end that it slowed me down. Is it because it is an alcohol-sweetened sake?
However, there are not many people who can drink this kind of sake in one night, so I think it is a good sake for those who can enjoy it every time they drink it. I think it is very tasty.
Gorgeous and fruity, but with a robust richness and umami. A delicious sake.
Even my brother-in-law, who apparently doesn't drink sake, said it was delicious.
Water, rice, yeast and all the ingredients are from Suwa.
Very refreshing, with elegant Miyama acidity and a slight sweetness in the back. It also has a strong fresh and crisp feeling of being freshly squeezed. The strong acidity also gives it a nice sharpness.
I don't like the strong acidity of Miyamanishiki, but this is all Suwa. It is good.
Huh? After some time, it seems to approach a Shinsei type of sourness.
I was a little short, so I just went for it.
Kubota's first nigori?
Wow, what is this? It is quite silky on the palate. White balls? The sweetness. A little sour, but it is a Japanese confectionery.
Cute label. A little sour, sweet and fresh. But it's rather refreshing and spring-like. The label is not overpowering and is good.
PS-.
This is delicious, though it has less of a sake feel. I think it is rare that this type of sake leaves the same impression until the end.
The wine has a crisp, dry feeling immediately after consumption, perhaps due to the acidity, but the transparency that quickly slips away is true to the Schiottol name.
It is clear and light, but not at all bland.
PS-.
As I continue to drink it, I find myself in the mood to pair it with something sweet, as it is quite acidic.
Clean, fresh and fruity. It's gorgeous, sweet and tasty like Arabashiri, but also has the clean clarity of Daiginjo. I'm convinced that the old lady at the store said it was delicious. No doubt about it.
It's a Cho Gen S, so it's Yamae Nishiki. I started with a cold sake.
The aroma is definitely sake, but it's quite refreshing for a very low polished sake. The taste of the rice is delicious and expands.
It's raw sake, but I'll try the brewery's recommended hot sake later.
I've been drinking a lot of sweet fruity sake lately, and while this isn't in that vein, it's a very refined sake. I heated up the second bottle.
All kinds of flavors swell up. The softness has increased. It's a nice, salty, unstoppable hot sake. It's been a long time since I've had heated sake, and I really enjoyed it.
I sometimes drink Toyooka, but never Kamito. I tend to shy away from it, but it's been a while since I've tried it.
It's a little crisp and sharp, but it's also very sweet. It didn't have the swooshiness I was expecting, but it still had a good amount of gas.
It is softer after letting it sit for a bit.
Since Toyooka is so good, there's no reason why the mainstream Kandori can't be as good, but for some reason it's hard to get your hands on this local sake. This one was delicious. It was a bit expensive, but...
Fruity, sour-sweet. It's sweet, but also a little tangy and bitter.
Foaming Nigorizake.
We were able to open the bottle more easily than expected, so there was only a little swooshiness, but it was a nice, crisp muddled sake with a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
Very clean and refreshing, this sake is like water. It has a slight sweetness and a sharpness. There is no miscellaneous taste at all.
Aha, jade. It's like a jade.
Happy New Year 🌅!
I'm going to drink a lot of sake this year, referring to your comments.
Now, the first bottle of the new year is my favorite Kudokigatake.
It is definitely a good one. It's fresh, fruity, and the sweetness and flavor spread well. Too good!
The liquor store I usually go to has both Kudokigatomo and Bakuren, but they only have one type of 4-pack in stock at the end of the year, so it's something I look forward to every New Year.
It's been a great start to the year for sake. T.KISOHappy New Year to you, Gyaban!
I have the same one in stock 😆 I'm looking forward to opening it now🎶!
I look forward to working with you again this year m(_ _)m Happy New Year, T.KISO! I am looking forward to working with you.
I'm sure you'll be able to find a good one.
Have a good time😄.
The end of this year (I plan to) is Sankeishiki of Mikotsuru. I found it at my usual liquor store. How can it not be good?
It's fruity and fresh, but not overly so, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and it's a forgiving sake that can be accepted by both people who don't usually drink sake and people who like old-fashioned sake. Great!
A fresh sake with a strong taste and sweetness. Less rough than usual, less miscellaneous impression.
But it wasn't...
The more I drink it, the more I feel the complexity of the winter moon.
A delicious sake. T.KISOHi Gyaban, good evening 😄.
I want to drink the winter moon arabashiri 🤣👍. Hello, T.KISO.
If you see it, please try it. I think you will enjoy the taste of the winter moon which is typical of Arabashiri😊.
It is a rare 300ml. today with the remainder of Masumi Arabashiri of the week before last and this.
Compared to the Masumi Arabashiri, it has a distinctly different light and refreshing feel. The dryness is slightly blurred by the crispness.
I just took it out of the fridge and it's too cold, so I'll have to wait and see.
But Kubota is just plain delicious. Once it got a little warmer, it started to taste a little sweeter.
No, it's still kinky.
We traveled to Kagoshima, so we had a lot of potato shochu.
The sake which we feel after a long time is a local sake "Arabashiri" made by Masumi. We drink it with the Satsuma Kiriko which we bought as a souvenir.
It has a fresh sour taste and a sweet taste like Masumi. The aftertaste is a bit choppy and rather strong.
It's the kind of sake that goes down easily.
A sweet, refreshing, umami sake. I think it has a good acidity.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
It's the only thing that makes it 100 times more delicious. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
