The second drink was a hundred years old, which I had never heard of before. I drank this without any expectations, but it was delicious. It is easy to drink with a clear and subtle sweetness. I have a lot of hits today.
Second cool. Requested by a business partner. Local Hyogo Prefecture, but I don't know it. It is from Awaji Island, isn't it? I drank it without much expectation, but it was delicious. It is fruity, round, and deep. It was just the way I like it.
Today I had a drinking party with three of my close business partners. We gathered at our favorite yakitori restaurant in Kanda. We voluntarily compare three kinds of drinks. The first one was requested by the youngest. This one is fruity, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is a good start.
The fourth drink at a gathering to enjoy rare brands and skewers. We subconsciously chose the same type of sake, but it seems that our tastes are very similar. The rice flavor is really deep. Is it Gohyakumangoku?
This is the third drink at a gathering of rare brands and kushiyaki skewers. I chose this one because it was the only one on the menu that I had heard of. Another solid type.... I wonder how far we can go.
The second round of drinks at this gathering of rare brands and kushiyaki skewers. First of all, it's hard to read...a little lighter than the first, but still very solid...90 cc each, slowly...and then a little more...and then a little more...and then a little more...
The first drink at a gathering to enjoy rare brands and kushiyaki skewers. After this, we basically fell into the spicy and delicious type, but from the beginning, it was a strong and solid experience.
Tatsusen Junmai Ginjo Kyonohana. Kyo-no-hana is the sake rice used, and is said to be a fantastic rice. It has a mellow, sweet taste with a hint of ginjo aroma. I had an image of Tatsusen as a more dry sake, so this is a bit surprising.
I went for a walk to Kanda. I popped into Fukuno Tori Kanda just after it opened and greeted the manager.
Looking at the sake menu, I found another interesting item. Nishibori Aimaimaimi Golden Junmai Sake with Ancient Rice and soda tonic. Wow, it really is golden. The soda tonic flavor adds a coolness and a slight sweetness to the sake.
The fifth and last drink. From Ishikawa Prefecture. The label on this one is also very impressive. I am also interested in aged old sake. I think it was delicious.
The fourth drink was from Nagano Prefecture. This is the first brand I have ever seen. This is also a new sake. The conversation and the sake are going well.
I went out for a drink with three of my uncles from work. I had never seen katakana Shin Takatsuyo before, so I ordered it. This is sweet and sour. It was refreshing.
Continued at Fukunotori Kanda Store. This one was served cold. The manager said, "It was uncorked a few weeks ago, aged in ice temperature, and then brought out to room temperature yesterday. He is still doing it as usual.
It is really sweet and has a rich flavor. I've never tasted such a jun-dai before.
I am here today to participate in the Sake Go Around Tokyo. We first visited our favorite restaurant, Fukunotori Kanda.
A heated bottle of Junmai Junmai Junmai Namaishige Namaishige R4BY from Saitama Prefecture was served as a free-flowing sake. It is the youngest sake on the menu.
There were a total of seven different types of Fechinomitsu and three types of Daiwu.
The sake had a very strong acidity and richness, and yet it went in easily and without resistance. The acidity and richness are very pronounced, and yet it goes in easily and without resistance.
