The second drink we ordered together was Yamasan. It was my first time. I was curious about it because it has been served at Sake-no-Wawa this year. I met him here. Oddly enough, they are all in Nagano.
How does it taste? This one has a stronger sweetness and aroma. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter with the aroma of rice. It was delicious. I was settled down and headed back home.
