Well, it's the last order 😄.
But I think there was a bottle of sake left on the table for a while even after the all-you-can-drink was over. All-you-can-drink at Daigo is really fun 😀.
I heard we went to karaoke after this, but I don't remember 😰.
Thanks to that, I was down all day Saturday 😅. @水橋Kido Junmai Ginjo Summer Gale

Next, I would like to have Akabu ^ ^.
But there was no seasonal sake and this was it. It's a pity, but I won't say anything extravagant. It's a classic sake, it must be delicious 😃. @水橋Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo Hidenokakushi Namaho
Alcohol content: 16%.
Daigo Kanazawa Branch (7)
This was the Kinjaku of the day.
It has been about 1 hour and 10 minutes since the start.
My memory is gradually getting fuzzy... まえちんGood morning, @Mizuhashi 😀 ☀️😀
Daigo's all you can drink is the best 😚👍✨I'm jealous 🤩Kinjaku is not something you can drink around here 😋 I'll look forward to seeing more 🫡. @水橋Hello Maecin 😃
I have only had Kinjaku in Daigo 😅.
It's really fun to look for the fridge over the counter 😆. ジャイヴGood evening, @Mizuhashi 🌛.
Huh? [There was a "Golden Sparrow" in Daigo?
Oh shoot, I missed the Golden Chun-Chun drink 🤣. @水橋Hi Gyve, good evening 🌇.
Hmmm 🤔 the menu is always stocked so I might not have posted it 😉.
Last time I'm pretty sure they served 2 kinds of golden sparrows 😁.
I think if you ask the waiter you'll get a variety 😃. @水橋Kunitatsuru Overture

Next, a recommendation from the waiter.
This is a locally brewed sake from Fuchu City, where sake brewing has been revived after 38 years and will start anew in 2024.

This is also all-you-can-drink♪

Last time we had only expensive Tasake in stock and gave up on it, but this day we had Comet 😃.
This one is also refreshing and good for summer 😆.

We went to Daigo Kanazawa...all-you-can-drink excellent sake course 3,500 yen, 120 minutes.
I'm so excited 😆.
We started with "Iraka" first.
There were 7 of us, so we were told to drink up the magnum bottles already opened.
There was also a gold series, but it was impossible to drink as much as we could. No wonder😅. ジャイヴHello @Mizuhashi!
I'm so glad you had a good time at Daigo with your friends 🥰.
I had "Iraka" and "Nabeshima SummerMoon" myself, but I can't stand the fact that you can drink all the sake you want ✨.
I see...so you can drink all you want if you are a big group 🤔. ジェイ&ノビィHello @Mizuhashi😃
We adore Daigo 🥹I'm glad you have good drinks as much as you can drink 🤗I hope I can manage to make my dream come true! @水橋Hi Jive, good evening 🌆.
If there are a lot of people, you will be in a kind of tatami room in the back. I went to the counter and asked if there was enough food in the fridge for everyone 😄.
I was in charge of ordering 😄. @水橋Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌆.
Your fridge over the counter looks like a fish tank 😄.
I'm sure you'll have fun 😉. ジャイヴ[After leaving "Soba Restaurant Oyabu", we walked all the way to "Shusenan Mizukami".
After sweating off the amount of alcohol we had consumed during the day, we entered the restaurant, which was full of drunken sake that lived up to its reputation 🥰.
After 20 minutes of perusing, I took home two bottles ✨.
I'm going to have to stock up on more Shinshu sake 😅.
From there, we headed back to Kanazawa station to our next destination [Sakeiki Daigo] 🚶.
First, we quenched our thirst with a bottle of Akaboshi, and now let's drink 🤣.
First, I'll start with the one that caught my attention 🍶.
Iraka Gin Kuro Unfiltered Nama Sake
Soft apple-like rice aroma, a refreshing sweetness similar to that of apples, a calm sharpness, and a slight bitterness on the nose at the end.
Excellent with the asparagus tempura we ordered for our entrée.
We drank several alcoholic beverages here, but due to check-in adjustments, we will disclose the other alcoholic beverages on another day 🙇. ヒロHi Gyve, good evening 🌙
Kanazawa sake terror trip, everything about it makes me too jealous😍!
Daigo is a restaurant I would love to visit, but now I want to go even more 🤩. ジャイヴHi Hiro-san!
If you come to Kanazawa, I highly recommend Daigo!
However, it's a weekday and they say it's booked up after 6pm, so you'll have to either open at 3pm on a weekday or make an early reservation ✨. まえちんHi Jive 😀
I see you went to Daigo😊I haven't been there for over a year myself so I'm jealous✨. ジャイヴHello Maecin-san!
I know you've been a wanderer for a while now😅.
Let's have a Hokuriku Off-line meeting at Daigo next time 🥰. じゅんGood evening, Jive: ☺️
I'm surprised to see you exploring the neighborhood so much! 🤣I'm glad you were able to enjoy Kanazawa to the fullest 🥰. ジャイヴHi Jun-san!
I often go to Kanazawa around Korinbo, so it was fun to walk in a different area this time 🥰.
I'd like to have a Hokuriku Off-line meeting this year ✨. abe.yukiSlightly carbonated, Yamada Nishiki!

Clear taste with a refreshing sensation.
Sweetness is not strong.
Pungency is not strong either, but sweetness is less than pungency. abe.yukiIt is indeed Aiyama and you can feel the sweetness.
The cooler it is, the better it tastes.

Whether you like it or not depends on whether you prefer sweetness or not.
Personally, I prefer it a little cleaner.

Aiyama? It has a strawberry-like sweetness with a hint of spring. It is not too spicy, not too acidic, and easy to drink. @水橋Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo

Kanazawa Daigo! Of course, I went to the all-you-can-drink course.
I asked them to start with sake, but they said they only had expensive sake today and that we couldn't have sake in the all-you-can-drink course. I agreed, so I went with the Hakurakusei. It's a little fruity and has a nice sharpness to it. 0.5 gou of sake goes down fast💦. ジェイ&ノビィHello @Mizuhashi😃
I've been longing to visit Daigo! I have to go to Hokuriku before people say I'm a scam to go there😅.
I see there are days without all-you-can-drink 😳 I'm learning a lot! ジャイヴGood evening, @Mizuhashi 🌛.
I know this is a separate post, but congratulations on [check-in this week] 🎉.
I see there's no all-you-can-drink on days when there's an all-you-can-drink lineup 😲.
I'll keep that in mind ✨ @水橋I apologize to both of you for my lack of words. We do have an all-you-can-drink policy, it's just that we were out of sake in the all-you-can-drink price range that day. Please rest assured 😮💨 @水橋Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃I edited it a bit💦.
Kanazawa is getting more and more tourists from overseas. I feel like the hotel prices are going up too. I'm sure it's the same in all the tourist spots. @水橋Thank you, Gyve 😃.
My colleague recently purchased a special junmai draft of Tasake so I asked her to start with Tasake and she told me that the Tasake they can serve in the all-you-can-drink course is sold out today 😭 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
