The only Sentori I've ever had was HOPE, and HOPE didn't feel right to me,
I had never had HOPE before, but the classic SENKYO was very tasty!
It wasn't too overpowering, and the balance with the food was just right.
I would like to try other Sentori because I enjoyed it so much.

Yamada Nishiki Special Junmai
Unlike Omachi, this sake is not tiring to drink, or rather, you can drink it all the time!
If I wanted to drink a little, I would choose Omachi, but if I wanted to drink it with gusto, I would choose Yamadanishiki!

My first Kawanakajima Genmai!
I had been curious about this brand for a long time, but never had a chance to try it, and then I happened to stop by a liquor store where I found it for sale!
Sake rice is Omachi.
It has a gorgeous Omachi-like flavor, and it is very crisp and clean.
The rice is Omachi-like and gorgeous, with a crisp finish. It's a bit on the dry side, but has a sweetness to it that makes it very tasty!
I want to drink this sake again!
